Great stay overall. The property was clean, well kept, and the layout is very cool it worked perfectly for my friend’s bachelor party. Kike was an amazing concierge, super attentive and helped us out a ton throughout the trip. The staff were all great and really added to the experience. Victor was a solid host as well — very responsive and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

- Amazing location. close to restaurants and bars, grocery store next door, not on the busy street - Cool spot that gives your party freedom and space, but the two common areas (inside and outside) are great there is definitely some noise from a night club around the corner, but for the location, vibe and COST (so affordable!) you cannot beat this place. the staff being on hand is a bonus too.. Our stay was incredible and I highly recommend it.

14 people came for my sisters 40th birthday! Things we loved: 1. Each person/couple had their own room and space with their own set of keys (room and front gate) 2. Víctor put in contact with a transportation company which connected me to the driver that we used all 4 days. 3. A common inside and outside area to gather before dinner or activities. We did a tequila tasting outside in the picnic tables. 4. Close to everything, we walked to dinner every single night. Things I wished I knew: 1. Tiles missing in the common area and they were covered by a rug. 2. Pool doesn’t get much sun this time of year so we did not get in. 3. The club behind the property is very loud at night. 4. Not really a cooking kitchen, it’s more of a bar area where we put the glasses, etc. Watch for ants. 5. The switches for the lights and fans in the common area are hard to find and needed assistance. 6. WiFi isn’t strong toward the back of the house. All in all, it was a great place to

Victor was awesome as a host! he responded within minutes nomatter what time I reached out! One of my friends left his suitcase when we were leaving and Victor got a taxi to bring it to the airport! The place was very clean and when we came in from excursions, our room would be prestige. The only complaints I have is no one told us they don't use wash cloths, so they don't provide them. I think that part needs to change because there are people from all over that do use them and will expect them. Second, the hot water didn't work the first 2 days and afterwards, it would stay hot every bit of 2 mins. That wasn't fun...other than that, great place and great host!

Amazing service and very easy to communicate with victor . The staff was amazing and very accommodating. 15 mins from beach and in the center of Tulum. Definitely recommend any large group to stay here

We were are group of 11 and each of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Tulum is amazing! The location, the accommodation, the pool, the food... oh the food. Everything was as close to perfect as possible. Victor was one of the most responsive hosts I've ever had the pleasure of chatting with.
