We had a wonderful stay in Cabo! Julie and the other hosts were fantastic to work with and very communicative throughout our entire stay. The condo had everything we needed, and the location was great. We felt very safe - the community has a security checkpoint when you drive in, as well as an onsite security guard. The views were absolutely beautiful, the pool was great, and everyone we met (both locals and other guests) were incredibly friendly. One thing to keep in mind: while downtown is nearby, I’m not sure I’d recommend walking, especially in the heat. However, Uber was super easy and affordable - our rides downtown were around $7, so getting around was never an issue. We also loved our driver, Gustavo, who made our transportation to and from the airport incredibly easy and stress-free. Overall, we had an amazing trip and stay. Beautiful views, great amenities, a safe environment, and wonderful hosts. 10/10!

We had a great stay. The space was beautiful, peaceful, and secluded. We loved having the gym and both the private and community pools. I will say, this is not in walking distance of much, but the Ubers were very quick and affordable. It took us around 10 minutes by car to get everywhere. If you are looking for a peaceful and private stay, this is perfect.

Beautifully renovated condo just steps from the beach. Just walkable to the marina and downtown. Very clean!!

We had an amazing stay at Julie’s place. The condo was well equipped and beautifully decorated with everything needed for a perfect getaway. The location was just perfect as it was right by the pool and next to the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Taxis were easily accessible through the main office and it felt as staying in a hotel but with many more amenities. We were walking distance to the marina which made it super convenient as that is the meeting point for many of the excursions. We will definitely be coming back. Julie was able to schedule our transportation and we are extremely thankful for that.

Excellent place, very quiet. My fiancée and I had an incredible time. The place is great, a private area in the mountains facing the marina, with super nice facilities and good maintenance. I would definitely stay there again, and the best thing of all is that it's still a super central place so you can get anywhere quickly. Thank you very much, Julie.

Great place: very clean, nice property, and a quick 10 minute walk into town

Stayed for a month, absolutely loved it! Stunning sunrises and sunsets! Spent our evenings upstairs in the pool watching the boats go by. Heaven. Julie & Johnny were very responsive, friendly, and always willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Location is great! Close enough for a quick uber to town and the beach but far enough to have quiet, serene time. Would absolutely return!

Great place and great location inside gated community. Clean house and close to everything you need. Highly recommend!

The mini hotel layout made sure our group of 15 basically each had their own beds but also privacy with 2 bathrooms in each suite. We barely used the roof since it was smoking hot out. The pool house was adequate but Brian the concierge was absolutely helpful in any errands or restocking of groceries needed but not limited to chef services! I would absolutely recommend this option for larger groups needing more privacy without being in one single family home. Walkable to ocean/beachfront, access to resort restaurant/pharmacy/mini market. Starbucks is across the street. On a major commuting corridor but having the ambience of the white noise machine in each room provides a thoughtful solution. Would absolutely return!

The place was perfect! The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Julie was a fantastic host. For example, when we arrived, there was no ice in the refrigerator. She promptly had someone bring us a bag of ice within 15 mins. I would stay here again
