Enjoy stunning ocean vistas and sightings of frolicking whales from the living room, dining area, master bedroom, and the expansive second-floor balcony. The interior features a "New York chic" design with a European touch, highlighted by Italian modern furnishings throughout.
The owner completed a high-end renovation and remodel in 2022, sparing no expense. The walls are adorned with original oil paintings and a relief sculpture created by renowned Mexican modern artists. Each bedroom includes built-in closets and dressers for storing clothes and equipment.
No vehicle is needed, as the condo is just steps from the Marina, local restaurants, and shopping. Each bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, a large-screen TV, and a built-in desk, providing dedicated workspaces in every room. There is also a common area with Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.
The chef’s kitchen comes fully equipped with new appliances and utensils.

We had an amazing stay at Julie’s place. The condo was well equipped and beautifully decorated with everything needed for a perfect getaway. The location was just perfect as it was right by the pool and next to the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Taxis were easily accessible through the main office and it felt as staying in a hotel but with many more amenities. We were walking distance to the marina which made it super convenient as that is the meeting point for many of the excursions. We will definitely be coming back. Julie was able to schedule our transportation and we are extremely thankful for that.

The place was amazing! We would definitely be going back, Julie and Johnny were great hosts We loved the pool The view from the condo is wonderful and it’s walking distance to the marina and to Downtown Cabo. at the same time is extremely peaceful at the resort … 5 stars ⭐️

Our stay at Terrasol was amazing! The place was beautiful and just as described. Julie was very helpful and made wonderful recommendations. She was accommodating for our early arrival. There is not one negative thing I can say about our time there. It was perfect. We hope to be back soon!
