Penthouse Paradise, Arch/Ocean Views, Private Pool

We had a great stay. The space was beautiful, peaceful, and secluded. We loved having the gym and both the private and community pools. I will say, this is not in walking distance of much, but the Ubers were very quick and affordable. It took us around 10 minutes by car to get everywhere. If you are looking for a peaceful and private stay, this is perfect.

Stayed for a month, absolutely loved it! Stunning sunrises and sunsets! Spent our evenings upstairs in the pool watching the boats go by. Heaven. Julie & Johnny were very responsive, friendly, and always willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Location is great! Close enough for a quick uber to town and the beach but far enough to have quiet, serene time. Would absolutely return!

Where do we start? First off, Julie and her team were amazing to deal with! The condo was amazing, easy to check in and was spotless upon arrival. The place was just as advertised with private plunge pool with a spectacular view of the arch and all the boats that come and go throughout the day. Julie went above and beyod to offer us local suggestions and even helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport. We cannot say enough about the service level, I'm reluctant to tell people as we want to save this little hideaway all to ourselves!!

Pros: Clean, quite and wonderful panoramic view of the ocean. We stayed for a month and it felt like home quickly. Rooftop pool and views were great, full sliding glass wall doors on main level were a real treat! Kitchen was very functional with plenty of space and helpful small appliances since we made many meals during our stay. Also, covered parking garage on lowest level which is a major plus if you rent a car. Overall, well appointed with a very comfortable couch for watching movies after sunset! Cons: Mattresses are traditional spring, not foam. A little stiff for our liking but we did ok for a month. There was some construction noise right next to the main pool in the community, but not close to this condo. Julie and her team are great people, helpful in every way. Great stay and would recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly communicative from start to finish, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Check-in was easy, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. The space itself was exactly as described—if not better. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully set up, which made it feel comfortable right away. It’s clear the host takes great care in maintaining the property. One of the best parts was the location. It was just minutes away from downtown, making it super convenient to explore, grab food, and enjoy everything the area has to offer without long travel times. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!

Cabo Costa was the perfect quiet escape to sun! The view from the private plunge pool, where we sat sipping on Tequila Sangria every day overlooking the beautiful full ocean view, was worth every penny. We day tripped to gaze at the yachts up close in the marina, shopped at the quaint shops in San Lucas and had an amazingly beautiful dinner at Comal (at the Chileno Bay Resort) for Valentines Day. We used Uber Eats and took Uber rides and walked to the close-by local market to cook at safe and gated condo. Would definitely recommend and would obviously stay there again! And again!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The best were the beach chairs and umbrella that we used every day. Laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, and makeup remover wipes were provided. We loved the view from our balcony. We watched the sun rise each morning, watched the boats and we swear we saw some whales! Location for us was perfect. About 3 minutes off the main road. It took us about 10 minutes to Cabo and 20 minutes to San Jose. The Fresko grocery store was 1 minute down the road. Had A/C in each room. Towels were soft and absorbent. We made breakfast and dinner each night. Pots/pans and dishes were clean, nice and abundant. Pool was located one level up and we also enjoyed some time there. We felt safe. It was quiet. We would gladly stay again.
