The mini hotel layout made sure our group of 15 basically each had their own beds but also privacy with 2 bathrooms in each suite. We barely used the roof since it was smoking hot out. The pool house was adequate but Brian the concierge was absolutely helpful in any errands or restocking of groceries needed but not limited to chef services! I would absolutely recommend this option for larger groups needing more privacy without being in one single family home. Walkable to ocean/beachfront, access to resort restaurant/pharmacy/mini market. Starbucks is across the street. On a major commuting corridor but having the ambience of the white noise machine in each room provides a thoughtful solution. Would absolutely return!

loved the layout. Each family had their own space but plenty of space to come together. Brian was very helpful. His response time was very quick.

We enjoyed our stay. We were very appreciative to be able to checkin an hour early. We had some minor concerns on arrival but they were dealt with right away. There is some traffic noise but it didn’t bother our crew. Brian, the manager on site, was so friendly and quick to respond to requests. Can’t recommend him enough. Overall would recommend this spacious rental.

Great location very busy with lots of street noise and ants everywhere in our unit. Wife not happy but a great trip for 4 days. Mexico is Mexico glad to be back k in FL

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. The pool area was excellent and everyone had privacy in clean rooms. I recommend staying here if you’re in Cabo.

The place is great for groups. Highly recommended for large families and friends. The team is very on top of everything. Close to good surf spots. Only complain was being close to the road and it was loud with cars. Otherwise the roof deck was amazing and it was close to the beach.

We had the best stay at this Airbnb for a bachelorette weekend. The house was perfect for a large group—spacious, beautiful, and set up in a way that made it easy to hang out together while still having enough room for everyone (each room is like a mini condo with its own kitchen and living room). Brian/Julie were incredibly responsive before and during our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from coordinating logistics to helping with last-minute requests. It made the entire trip feel seamless and stress-free. Overall, we had such an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for any group trip!

We took advantage of this beautiful Airbnb. We had 16 family members with us for our daughter’s wedding and this place is great for large groups. She recommended transportation to and from the venues and always had the house manager check in with us and our needs. You will not be disappointed by booking this location. Each room was a full apartment with bedrooms, separate bathrooms, kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the rooms. This location has a great view of the ocean. It’s centrally located about 15-20 min from shopping districts. If you need groceries there are 3 stores about 5 minutes away. Ubers are always available. I recommended this place if you are traveling to Cabo!
