The Space
Las Cascadas is situated within the prestigious, 24-hour gated community of El Pedregal. This condo is the finest in the building, featuring a private grotto jacuzzi, barbecue area, a beautifully equipped kitchen, a large 85-inch TV, and king-size beds.
Upon arrival, guests enter through a private entrance leading to the granite grotto, where a secluded spa awaits. The décor is neutral and designed to complement the stunning blue waters of the Sea of Cortez. The unit celebrates local Mexican artisanship and caters to travelers seeking comfort and style.
The open-concept layout facilitates easy entertaining and socializing. The spacious kitchen includes a granite peninsula with seating for up to six guests. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a trio of small appliances: coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Everything needed to prepare meals is provided, though groceries are not included unless arranged before arrival.
The dining area comfortably accommodates six guests around a Parota wood table with cozy chairs. The living room reflects the vibrant colors of the desert, mountains, and Sea of Cortez. It features a custom-built sofa, two occasional chairs, and a Mexican-crafted marble coffee table. Entertainment is enhanced by a 55-inch curved TV.
There are two master suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, king beds dressed in luxury linens, and flat-screen smart TVs with full US channel access. The master bedroom offers breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez and spectacular Cabo sunrises. The second master bedroom has private access to the grotto and its jacuzzi. Both rooms provide ample built-in closet space.
Additional comforts include ceiling fans, air conditioning throughout, security "lock and leave" hurricane protection, and a laptop-friendly workspace with fast, reliable internet. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet deposit. Maid service is available mid-week for stays longer than five days.

From here, guests can admire the sparkling lights of downtown, watch dinner cruises and pirate ship tours set sail, and see cruise ships illuminated at night.

Las Cascadas is only minutes away from downtown hotspots and the marina. The property includes two infinity pools, a spa, a gym, multiple grilling areas, a clubhouse, and courts for pickleball and tennis.
Los Cabos offers a wide range of activities such as water sports, sport fishing, ATV desert tours, hiking, tennis, snorkeling, and is renowned as Mexico’s golf mecca.

Julie was a fantastic host. For example, when we arrived, there was no ice in the refrigerator. She promptly had someone bring us a bag of ice within 15 mins. I would stay here again

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was immaculate and incredibly spacious—everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location was prestigious, just 5 minutes from downtown Cabo Marina. The view was spectacular, and the private beach access was a dream. The pool, gym, and all the shared amenities were amazing, but having a private hot tub at the residence was truly top-notch—it was something else entirely. Every amenity you could ask for was available. The gated community felt extremely safe, with top-notch security. The host was very helpful and informative—they had everything I needed, helped me with anything I asked, and offered great suggestions for activities. I will absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. It’s one of my favorite stays in Cabo yet!

My husband and I LOVED our stay here!!!! It’s such a special place. Super comfortable, jacuzzi was so relaxing and the bbq was so great to have!! The view absolutely 💯 gorgeous!!! We also loved using the amenities in the building. Julie’s condo was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The interior is beautiful, clean, and very well appointed, and the space was plenty big enough for our group of three to be comfortable the entire stay. The hot tub was amazing, especially after long days exploring, and the balcony views were incredible—perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evenings. Julie also provided tons of great recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing, which made planning our days effortless and helped us experience some fantastic local spots we might have otherwise missed. Julie herself was an outstanding host—very responsive, communicative, and accommodating. She graciously allowed us an early check-in, which made our arrival day stress-free and set the tone for the entire trip!

We really enjoyed our stay. The views are unbelievable, great location. Very good value for the money you pay, the room is very well decorated with designer furniture and the villa has a great feel to it, I will definitely be coming again.
