We loved our stay! Such a beautiful home and easily fit the entire group!

Great house for a perfect girls weekend! The house is bigger than expected with a main house + a casita. Great for large groups, or groups that just want a little extra space. The main kitchen and living room has everything needed to feel at home. We used Dawn’s transportation recommendation, which couldn’t have been easier and after shopping around for best price, their transportation company was the most cost-effective. Oscar was a great addition to the house and was so helpful throughout our stay. The community of Cabo Bello felt super safe, and is a quick 15-20 min drive to the main touristy part of Cabo San Lucas. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable house with plenty of space for everyone!

Our family had an incredible week in Cabo, and your place was the perfect home base for us. The views were breathtaking, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Days at the pool were absolutely perfect — peaceful, sunny, and ideal for unwinding — and the nights were just as wonderful, quiet and restful. Star‑gazing on the rooftop was the perfect way to end each day. Robin (and Bob) was an outstanding host: responsive, welcoming, and truly committed to making sure we had a great experience. Whether answering questions about the property, helping guide us through day‑trip planning, or smoothing out the occasional bump in the road, they were always there with thoughtful support. Getting to town was a breeze with quick, easy Uber rides, which made exploring Cabo even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay and a place we’d happily return to. Highly recommended.

Dawn, Robin and the entire team are absolutely superb hosts. They made our vacation seamless from the time we booked the house until we left Cabo. Looking forward to renting again!

An amazing place to stay! Had everything you could need including puddle jumpers, floaters, sand toys, umbrellas, and coolers on wheels. Went with 4 adults and a 1 and 3 year old. The pool was amazing to have and was certainly utilized at almost all hour of the day with the little ones. We did the grocery restock option which was certainly worth it. The Oxxo nearby was also very helpful and about a 10-15 minute walk each way. The beach that’s a quick walk was absolutely STUNNING. Wish we did that earlier but only had time to do it on our last full day

We absolutely loved our stay. The pictures do not do this place justice. The property is so spacious, with high ceilings, ample bedroom space, en suite bathrooms, plenty of outdoor space and even a rooftop to catch a sunrise or sunset. Would absolutely rent this place again if we find ourselves back in Cabo. Robin & Bob were wonderful hosts, so responsive, and made us feel right at home. Can't recommend enough!

Very beautiful house I did want to leave it was great for my family

It is hard to find a. 6 bd and 6 bath home and this home was great. The host was responsive and communicated well.

The place was beautiful, the location was great! Hosts were wonderful and provided every bit of information you could want. The people there are kind and the entire Cabo / San Jose area was very safe. We will be back!

Dawn’s place was perfect for our group of 11 on a bachelorette trip. The house was very spacious and the views were amazing, especially at sunset. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Her associate Robin was the one we did most of the communication with and she was always very responsive. She also was extremely helpful when it came to booking our activities which was so nice and took some of the stress away of picking a reputable place. We also used Chef Adrian’s services and I definitely recommend because all the food was delicious. The transportation services recommended by Robin was convenient for our large group and they were always easily reached and available when we needed rides. If you do choose to use them make sure to bring plenty of cash to pay and tip for the rides because there is a 10% fee when using a credit card. Overall I would definitely recommend Dawn’s pace for your trip to Cabo.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were responsive and on top of everything. The house and location are beautiful and exactly as described. Chef Adrian was fabulous! He made a delightful meal with fish that we caught while we were there. We loved everything about our time in Cabo!

Great place to stay and responsive hosts - would recommend

A very nice villa with lots of amenities. You have to take an Uber to get to the city, but in return, it's nice and quiet.

We stayed in this home for a birthday trip. Pictures truly don’t do it justice. Robin was super helpful and responsive. She gave us recommendations for transportation, yachts, restaurants, and other services. We utilized the grocery stocking from Chef Adrain, airport pickup / drop off from Cabo Dreams, and a yacht recommendation. Didn’t have to plan a thing. The house is in Cabo Bello, A private, gated neighborhood in the tourist corridor. You’ll definitely feel safe and secure. The pool is on the main level, facing the marina so you’ll have sun all afternoon. The nest is a very cool spot. A great space to see the water and enjoy a drink. The rooftop is a phenomenal place to watch the sunset. The house already had towels which was nice for the pool and the walk down to the beach. Every room had a/c which is a nice feature. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our family had a lovely stay at Dawn's house. It's a gem. And Robin and Bob who take care of the house are both amazing. Totally responsive. Great recommendations. The house is comfortable, quiet, has everything you could need. Fantastic views if you like watching whales from your balcony. Just great all around.
