The Space

Casa Pura Vida is a standalone villa offering three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, providing a serene and inviting atmosphere. Spanning 3,000 square feet, including a 1,000 square foot rooftop palapa, the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Each of the three floors features ocean views, with the most impressive sights from the rooftop palapa and the main living area, which opens up through large pocket doors. The rooftop palapa overlooks Land's End and the Sea of Cortez, making it an ideal spot for entertaining. It includes a large circular sofa, a double chaise lounger, and a dining table for six, perfect for gatherings or enjoying meals prepared by a private chef. Guests can also enjoy a morning rooftop massage while taking in the bay views.

The villa’s private pool and fireplace areas offer relaxing spaces to unwind with family and friends. Casa Pura Vida is well suited for private yoga sessions and in-home massage services, providing a peaceful way to start the day.

The main living area on the middle floor boasts spectacular ocean views and features large open pocket doors that blend indoor and outdoor living. The adjacent outdoor balcony includes a convenient BBQ grill near the fully equipped granite and stainless steel kitchen, which has everything needed to prepare breakfast and dinner at home. Private chef services are also available.

Guests are welcomed with a complimentary service including margaritas, chips, salsa, and guacamole upon arrival.

The three bedrooms are located on the lower level, each offering ocean views. The master and second bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made upon request. Both the master and second bedrooms open through sliding glass doors to a spacious outdoor balcony, pool, and fireplace area.
