Casa Pura Vida is a standalone villa offering three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, providing a serene and inviting atmosphere. Spanning 3,000 square feet, including a 1,000 square foot rooftop palapa, this villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Each of the three floors features ocean views, with the most breathtaking sights visible from the rooftop palapa and the main living area, which opens up through large pocket doors. The rooftop palapa overlooks Land's End and the Sea of Cortez, making it an exceptional space for entertaining. It includes:

• A large circular sofa
• A double chaise lounge
• A dining table seating six

This area is ideal for dining under the stars, possibly with private chef services, or enjoying a morning rooftop massage while taking in the bay views.

The villa also boasts a private pool and fireplace areas, perfect for relaxing moments with family and friends. These spaces are well-suited for private yoga sessions and in-home massage treatments, offering a peaceful way to start your day.

The main living area on the middle floor features spectacular views as well. The open pocket doors seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. An outdoor balcony adjacent to the kitchen includes seating and a convenient barbecue grill.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing everything needed to prepare delicious breakfasts and dinners. Private chef services are also available upon request.

Guests are welcomed with a complimentary service that includes margaritas, chips, salsa, and guacamole.

The three bedrooms are located on the lower level, each offering ocean views. The master and second bedrooms feature comfortable king-size beds, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made upon request.
