The Space
Casa Pura Vida is a standalone villa offering three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, providing a serene and inviting atmosphere. Spanning 3,000 square feet, including a 1,000 square foot rooftop palapa, this villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
Each of the three floors features ocean views, with the most breathtaking sights visible from the rooftop palapa and the main living area, which opens up through large pocket doors. The rooftop palapa overlooks Land's End and the Sea of Cortez, making it an exceptional space for entertaining. It includes:
- A large circular sofa
- A double chaise lounge
- A dining table seating six
This area is ideal for dining under the stars, possibly with private chef services, or enjoying a morning rooftop massage while taking in the bay views.
The villa also boasts a private pool and fireplace areas, perfect for relaxing moments with family and friends. These spaces are well-suited for private yoga sessions and in-home massage treatments, offering a peaceful way to start your day.
The main living area on the middle floor features spectacular views as well. The open pocket doors seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. An outdoor balcony adjacent to the kitchen includes seating and a convenient barbecue grill.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing everything needed to prepare delicious breakfasts and dinners. Private chef services are also available upon request.
Guests are welcomed with a complimentary service that includes margaritas, chips, salsa, and guacamole.
The three bedrooms are located on the lower level, each offering ocean views. The master and second bedrooms feature comfortable king-size beds, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made upon request.
Both the master and second bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious outdoor balcony, pool, and fireplace areas.

Our family had an incredible week in Cabo, and your place was the perfect home base for us. The views were breathtaking, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Days at the pool were absolutely perfect — peaceful, sunny, and ideal for unwinding — and the nights were just as wonderful, quiet and restful. Star‑gazing on the rooftop was the perfect way to end each day. Robin (and Bob) was an outstanding host: responsive, welcoming, and truly committed to making sure we had a great experience. Whether answering questions about the property, helping guide us through day‑trip planning, or smoothing out the occasional bump in the road, they were always there with thoughtful support. Getting to town was a breeze with quick, easy Uber rides, which made exploring Cabo even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay and a place we’d happily return to. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were responsive and on top of everything. The house and location are beautiful and exactly as described. Chef Adrian was fabulous! He made a delightful meal with fish that we caught while we were there. We loved everything about our time in Cabo!

Our family had a lovely stay at Dawn's house. It's a gem. And Robin and Bob who take care of the house are both amazing. Totally responsive. Great recommendations. The house is comfortable, quiet, has everything you could need. Fantastic views if you like watching whales from your balcony. Just great all around.

Really enjoyed the Villa. Place was as expected. Only knock I would have is the tv’s in the bedrooms. Couldn’t get channels like the upstairs tv. With amount charged nightly, they should upgrade the bedroom tv’s. Everything was great.

Dawn’s villa lived up to (and in some ways exceeded) its exceptional reviews and description on the AirBnB site. It was perfect for my wife and me, along with our two adult daughters and one of their partners. It offers a great place to accommodate those who want to relax or stay active—or strike a balance. The amenities and activities she offers were very helpful; it made our trip-planning and vacation less stressful and the ones we chose were all top-notch. The location offers easy access to Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo and a number of beautiful beaches between them. Highly recommend this property.

Dawn's gorgeous villa was the ideal place to spend a restful and fun week with our family of four. The photos don't do it justice, especially the rooftop and its spectacular views of Land's End and downtown Cabo. It was truly the best of both worlds: peaceful and quiet at the villa but just a short drive to all of the fun of Cabo, its great restaurants, and the marina. Special thanks to Robin for being so responsive and helpful with questions we had around booking jet skis, sunset cruises and daybeds on the beach. Would recommend to anyone!

My family and I always try to stay in the Tezal area when we venture out to Cabo! Dawn’s home was perfect. The breathtaking views and amazing customer service was everything we could ask for on our vacay. This home is the perfect spot to local foods, a quick drive to the marina and grocery stores. We would definitely return and stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay at Dawn’s place for a best friend trip. It was absolutely beautiful and extremely relaxing. Robin, Dawn’s friend, ensured that we had everything we needed during the trip. There were two of us visiting, but the space can easily accommodate a group—with enough space for everyone to enjoy different parts of the property. We enjoyed the transports, massages, chef and bartender. Uber was easily accessible and the pool area was immaculate. Thank you for accommodating us and for making this a memorable experience.
