Location

Casa Rio is located in Cabo Bello, a popular community in Baja. Guests will receive directions from the SJD airport to the villa, as the map on Airbnb does not accurately show its location.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire villa, except for two owner's lock-off cabinets and garage parking.

Other Things to Note

• Casa Rio is a brand new villa and newly introduced to the vacation rental market. Decor may change slightly over the coming months.
• Rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed.
• Parking in unauthorized areas is not permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Noise ordinances are regulated, and fines may be issued for violations. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred, and repeated offenses could result in removal from the property.
• Loud music, yelling, and excessive noise are not permitted out of respect for neighbors.
