The Space
Villa Pura Vida comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. This newly built villa blends classic interior style with exceptional outdoor living areas, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Designed by custom homebuilders, the villa was specifically crafted to encourage entertaining and enjoyment. The architectural landscaping includes multiple outdoor spaces perfect for gatherings, showcasing outdoor living at its best.
Located just a short walk from the semi-private beach of Cabo Bello, this villa immediately feels like home. Its spacious and inviting floor plan features six bedrooms and seven full bathrooms, combining classic and slightly retro design elements with tasteful details inside and out.
The living area includes a queen sofa bed, allowing additional sleeping arrangements for guests. A full bathroom near the kitchen serves those using the sofa bed or enjoying the indoor/outdoor living spaces.
The kitchen is well-equipped and ideal for entertaining. It features a large island with four barstools, a five-burner stove-top, convection oven, microwave, and a three-door refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large pocket door opens the interior to the outdoor dining area, which seats 12 to 14 guests and overlooks the backyard and pool. This space is perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and sharing stories.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
- The top floor houses the king master suite, along with the kitchen and living areas.
- On the lower level, there is a queen suite and a third ensuite bedroom with two full-size beds. Both have sliding glass doors that open onto outdoor entertaining areas.
- The outdoor space includes a large swimming pool, jacuzzi tub, BBQ kitchen, and a pergola.
- A separate building near the main house contains three additional master suites, each with king beds, full bathrooms, and TVs. Two of these rooms open onto the upper deck by the outdoor kitchen.
- All three rooms in the separate building share access to a charming sitting area with an iron door that allows breezes to flow through.
The washer and dryer are conveniently located near the kitchen, across from a full bathroom, for easy guest use.

Great house for a perfect girls weekend! The house is bigger than expected with a main house + a casita. Great for large groups, or groups that just want a little extra space. The main kitchen and living room has everything needed to feel at home. We used Dawn’s transportation recommendation, which couldn’t have been easier and after shopping around for best price, their transportation company was the most cost-effective. Oscar was a great addition to the house and was so helpful throughout our stay. The community of Cabo Bello felt super safe, and is a quick 15-20 min drive to the main touristy part of Cabo San Lucas. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable house with plenty of space for everyone!

We absolutely loved our stay. The pictures do not do this place justice. The property is so spacious, with high ceilings, ample bedroom space, en suite bathrooms, plenty of outdoor space and even a rooftop to catch a sunrise or sunset. Would absolutely rent this place again if we find ourselves back in Cabo. Robin & Bob were wonderful hosts, so responsive, and made us feel right at home. Can't recommend enough!

The place was beautiful, the location was great! Hosts were wonderful and provided every bit of information you could want. The people there are kind and the entire Cabo / San Jose area was very safe. We will be back!

We went for my bachelorette party. I don’t know where to begin, this was a fabulous trip. Robin arranged the private transport from the airport for everyone. They were waiting when we arrived. When we got to the Airbnb, she met us and gave us the tour. Our groceries were stocked already and everything was more beautiful than the pictures show. Every little thing that happened, Robin helped us. We wound up needing a restaurant recommendation, we went to Ilios and it was more beautiful and impressive than we could’ve imagined. We had the most fabulous time on the catamaran we rented. Our host helped us set that up and it was fabulous. Robin was attentive and incredibly helpful with every little question. She even reached out to ask if we wanted some items left behind shipped to us. At one point we needed cash for a service and didn’t have enough on us and she paid it for us and allowed us to reimburse her later. It was my best Airbnb experience and I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home for our trip. Ample spaces throughout the home for our larger group to relax and entertain. Centrally located to all the activities that we desired. Dawn and team provided white glove service before and during our trip to elevate the experience even further.
