Sprawling 6BR villa in Cabo with a private pool, hot tub, and rooftop terrace boasting stunning Arch views. Spacious, stylish, and perfect for groups seeking luxury.
Casa Pato is a beautifully designed villa owned by a true duck hunting enthusiast, making it an ideal vacation home for groups of friends and families traveling together. Covering approximately 3,700 square feet, this spacious residence offers six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, ensuring plenty of privacy for all guests.
The villa features a large rooftop terrace with stunning views of the Arch, providing a breathtaking backdrop. A private pool and hot tub create a perfect setting for enjoyable afternoons in sunny Cabo.
Inside, Casa Pato exudes a warm and natural ambiance, enhanced by natural leather accents and earthy tones. The grand Mexican-style wooden doors welcome you into this elegant villa.
On the entry level, there is a queen master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, along with two additional queen bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are generously sized and include sliding glass doors that open directly to the pool and hot tub areas. Bedrooms two and three share a spacious granite bathroom with attractive glass enclosures.
Upstairs, the top indoor level houses a large living area equipped with a 60-inch Dish TV. The dining area features a handsome table that seats eight, while the granite and stainless steel kitchen includes cowhide-upholstered bar stools with seating for six. A bonus room with seating for four offers a cozy space for card games or other family and friend activities.
Also on the upper main level is a second queen master suite with sliding glass doors that open to the outdoor space overlooking the pool.
One of the villa’s standout features is the “Crow’s Nest,” an outdoor circular seating area for four that offers magnificent views of the Arch. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy an evening cocktail while watching Cabo’s beautiful sunsets.
Casa Pato also includes two additional exterior queen bedrooms with private entrances, providing excellent privacy when traveling with others. One of these bedrooms is an en-suite located on the upper middle level near the Crow’s Nest. The other is on the lower level and has a full bathroom next door, which also serves as an exterior bath for poolside use.
The outdoor pool and entertaining area were recently updated in 2019 to enhance the experience. An outdoor bar area has been added, making it a great space to entertain family and friends during your Cabo afternoons.
The rooftop terrace offers another impressive space, furnished with a large circular sofa seating eight and a small dining table for four. This area is perfect for enjoying serene mornings and magical sunsets.
For dining, Casa Pato provides two barbecue grills—one propane and one charcoal—allowing guests to prepare meals using different cooking styles. This is especially fitting given Cabo’s reputation as the “Marlin Capital of the World.” While catch and release is preferred, there are many other fish such as tuna, dorado, and wahoo that are ideal for a surf and turf dinner.
Guests have full access to the entire villa. Please note that the lower garage is not available as it is currently occupied by a boat. Parking is available in front of the villa and in the circular area just outside.
