Enrique was very fast to answer any questions or needs we had. The house was very spacious and even more beautiful in person. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of space:) My only note was not all the bathrooms had usable mirrors, so we did have to move bathroom to bathroom to do makeup and such. But overall we absolutely loved the place!

We had an amazing time and would totally come back again ! The only thing missing (and it’s not a big deal) is we booked the suit with a swing by the pool and there wasn’t a swing for our villa. Other than that it looked just like the pics !

The villa is stunning and the team were super helpful throughout our stay offering a concierge style service. It could have been cleaner when we arrived but the team fixed this quickly. The ground staff on hand conveniently helped with anything we needed. It really is a jungle stay and the nearby roads are terrible, but the privacy was worthwhile. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay again.

The house was spacious and well designed. Host was quick to response even when one of our guest locked themselves out someone quickly came to let them in. Highly recommend this villa for family or small group of friends

Bachelorette at the Villa was a perfect match made in heaven. The layout and comfortability that allowed everyone their space. It was warming to have Enrique meet and greet everyone and offer assistance if needed. This is for sure not the last time renting and what a gem.

The access is complicated but upon arrival the surprise is very nice. It's in the jungle. No noise, no party or chaos. The house is super cute, the view of each window is special.

This house is in the middle of the jungle so you have privacy, it is architecturally very nice and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I recommend that if they have a vehicle to get around outside of the Airbnb why it is away from the main avenue and the roads are not yet well marked.

Enrique and his team were awesome and 100% efficient. The Villa was perfect for our group. Tulum is a little crazy due to the roads and access, but given that fact, The Villa was Phenomenal. Highly recommended, would definitely stay there again. Keep up the great work Kique!

Outstanding Host and Stay, they were quickly responsive and offered amenities from taxis that would be there for pickup within 10 minutes, scooter rentals, bikes, etc. they provided a list of nearby restaurants, activities. Could not be happier with the stay, we booked last minute also. They were prepared and happy to accommodate everything we needed.

I stayed at Enriques place for 5 days with 8 of my girlfriends for a bachelorette party and it was an absolute blast! They come and clean the pool every day and the house was so cute and clean. We felt super safe as well with it being gated and them having someone around during the evening. Our power went out in the place one morning for a couple hours (which is just something that happens in Mexico) and our host was so amazing and communicative with me on everything that was happening and was making sure he was getting everything back up and running as fast as he could. Our group took rental cars and one of the nights we needed a taxi and he got it all set up for us and our taxi driver was great. We never had any issues with bugs or anything else with the place. Overall our host was awesome and the place is great! Tulum is still developing a lot and there is still so much construction so finding it can be difficult so make sure you have google maps downloaded before going!

The place is exactly as the photos! Me and my friends loved it! It was so spacious and beautiful. Everything was easy due to the help they provided 24/7 with finding restaurants, taxis, atv rentals etc so there was no worries with that and it made our experience seamless. I definitely recommend this place!

It’s a beautiful home and it’s very quiet. Enrique and the team was on top of everything. Location was an issue for our group as we like to be out, and cabs are extremely expensive ($50cad) each time no matter how far. If you are staying here, get a car, atv etc and hire a chef. It is not a walkable area. Other than that, we had a great stay at this home and we enjoyed the pool.

I'd go back to that place

I chose this villa because it looked like it was a beautiful space in an up-and-coming area. It was an excellent value and, for us, perfect. When we rented in spring 2024 it was located 3 or 4 blocks past where the paved roads ended in La Veleta. Because of that, you'll need to expect some very bumpy dirt roads, but that also means you are in the middle of a pristine jungle with this beautiful house, a pool, Jacuzzi, and beautiful grounds. We were there with 4 adults and our two kids and we had an absolute blast. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and made the trip a breeze. You will need to rent a car to stay here, though, in my opinion, you'll need to rent a car to really enjoy La Riviera Maya anyway because it would either be very expensive to take taxis/private transport everywhere or very slow/inconvenient to take the collectivo. Highly, highly recommend this place, even (especially) with kids.

Wonderful and very responsibe host. Road is a challenge to get to the villa, but once inside everything is worth it! Our group was there for a bachelor’s trip. Villa was beautiful. Highly recommended.

Our stay was fabulous! The host was extremely responsive when we needed anything. He helped us with taxis, made sure the pool was clean everyday and provided us with a long list of different attractions and local recommendations. The only thing I’d say about the stay is the home is tucked away and kind of hard to find. I messaged the host this as well but the address could be a bit more specific as I was dropped off at another airbnb about 3 streets away from the actual location of the home. Otherwise, our stay was great!!

Great place to stay. Looked just like the pictures. The host was very responsive, and helped us if we had any issues. Only complaint is getting there was a little difficult. The roads are not finished so it was a very bumpy ride. But that is out of the hosts control.

Super relaxing place with all the comforts

Just like the photos! Kike, the house manager was helpful in coordinating taxis for my group of 4 as well as offering suggestions on things to do and places to eat. The location is secluded and can be hard to find, but overall in a great location with things a short drive or scooter away. I don’t recommend walking as it is VERY dark at night and you are in the middle of the jungle. We felt very safe. We loved the private pool and the rooftop jacuzzi. It was clean and beautifully designed. Will definitely return!

My group of friends and i really loved and enjoyed the villa, although it was a bit distant from town, the surroundings and private area of the place made up for it, i would strongly recommend booking through the villa’s private drivers hence they were the nicest and get along people throughout our trip. The private villa had a beautiful structure and large rooms to accommodate you and your family/friends! Had an amount of fun creating memories here and outside of town!

Great host. Very attentive. The place was beautiful.

The property itself is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The house is BEAUTIFUL and clean and is one of the few international airbnbs that I’ve stayed at that lives up to the description and pictures. The industrial bohemian feel of the house is truly stunning. Our host Enrique was superb and extremely attentive. He set us up with cab drivers, (can get expensive) delivery service that will bring you food, alcohol, anything you need for a small fee, and gave us great recommendations for places to eat or party at. We did have an incident on the second night where we did not lock the front door overnight. Long story short, lock the doors and gate EVERY night as there are lots of workers in the area and we are in Mexico. When we told the host what happened, he came over immediately to see how he could help. I would stay in the Airbnb again, as the host and house itself was great. Hope the roads around the property will be paved soon for a better experience. Overall 9/10

The place was amazing, very comfortable. Wish we could have had extra linens. Wasn't able to dial out much, but FaceTime or Duo works well.

First, I throughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Eleven. The communication with the host (Enrique) was impeccable. He was able to answer each and every question to help me plan an amazing bachelorette weekend for my dear friend. They were able to arrange transportation to and from the airport. We arrange a chef to cook all our meals and Chef Hector was hands down Amazing. Kike, was very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. I honestly can’t say anything negative at all. I will say the road leading to the villa can be very bumpy but honestly it’s a small downside to enjoying a wonderful villa for your vacation. I will say pack your bug spray 5 stars all around.

The place is magical, very elegant, perfect for getting away from the city and having a more intimate space with your family or friends. If you bring a car it is better as not many taxis pass nearby. (but if you need a taxi, you write to them and they help you get one )

Everything was exactly as advertised. The Host was very punctual with response time, with lots of great options to pick from for food and activities. Got lost as few times in the cab to get back go to the property 😂 but even that was joy-able.

My stay was incredible. The AirBnb was clean, beautiful and just like the photos. The setting is amazing, and all the glass in the walls made it feel like were outside. Kike, my contact during my stay was very helpful and responsive. The location is great and close to everything but it does take some getting used it. The roads are not developed, unpaved and very bumpy so when we first arrived we were unsure of the location but once we got used to it it was no problem. Loved it and would return!

Me and my friends stay for my birthday was absolutely amazing Enrique communicated very quickly, got us all our rides and taxis and was a big help and has security for safety as well I 110% recommend Enrique’s listings !

Loved our stay with Enrique! His propery manager, Kike, was super friendly and helpful, always responding almost instantly. The place was beautiful and clean. We had a great time! WATCH OUT FOR INSANE TAXI RATES. Make sure you get the price beforehand and negotiate it heavily. We had the property manager call us a taxi and only after we arrived at our location, they tried to charge us $100 USD for a 10-minute ride. The property manager texted the company to try to get the price down, but odds are, he was in on it with some sort of commission as I'm sure this sticker shock happens all the time with visitors. He could have got us an upfront price considering that this happens all the time in Tulum. Anyways, this is just a guess and it isn't a reason not to stay with them as their service was wonderful! Just a reminder to watch out for yourself as Tulum is one big tourist trap if you're not using your head.

Really beautiful place, very private and serene. Enrique was very friendly, welcoming and very responsive. It was lovely enclosed in the jungle listening to the birds , but still close enough to the beach and city center. You definitely need an suv on the surrounding roads. The place was very new, clean, and the pool was beautiful. We did need to buy a tea towel for the kitchen, as there wasn't a drying rack to wash dishes. I wish the jacuzzi on the roof had the option for hot water, it would have been nice in the evening looking at the stars. Also a bit of construction happening around us, but it wasn't overly loud or intrusive. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would come back tomorrow if we could. ❤️

This place is beautiful and very peaceful. Looks like photo. How ever it still need some final touches. The master suite up stairs need black out curtains cause the sun comes thru so early u wake up with a head ache. Also downstairs guest room needs a Mirror in the bathroom and the room need a tv. Besides that it’s a great place. The host replies quick and is very on point with your needs.

It was honestly the best Airbnb we had in our trip. The experience was incredible and Enrique was an amazing host. The house was very big and spacious and very, very clean. Enrique was very responsive to all our needs and we never encountered any major issues inside the house. Also the house was fully stocked, which is not common in other houses. Overall, an amazing experience and I recommend it to everyone. It's worth it 100%.

Information was accurate, responses to questions and requests were fast. Additional information, recommendations, instructions were clear and detailed enough. Overall great cutomer support from beginning to end of our stay. The team are really informed and went the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them definitely. Special thanks to Kike! They even recommended a chef (his name is Hector) to come and cook for you and the experience was amazing Also, the Airbnb itself is beautiful, modern and spacious. We had an amazing time!! The house was sooo nice! The pool was perfect! The rooftop is the perfect place to tan! The bedrooms were so roomy clean washrooms. Over all 5 stars for everything. Would definitely come back here! Thank you Enrique!!
