Superb place with great location for walking to downtown. Across from the beach. Easy access. Security guard was great to have there to assist with gate in/out of property.

Everything was very clean and tidy. The location is excellent. It is central, but far from the noise. As for the space, it's very spacious and comfortable for several people

The house is very spacious and clean, it has a very central location in Jacó, and communication with our host was very good. Recommended for anyone who wants to stay in Jacó in a very comfortable house!

Great house for groups and large families! Very clean and very well located. Close to the beach and restaurants. Just one small thing: the appliances don't work 100%, so it's not always easy to cook our food. In short, everything else was great! Kids loved the pool!

The only suggestion is that it would have been nice for the house to have had beach chairs that we could have taken to the beach with us.

Great place in a fantastic location!

Gabriel was a good host. Quick to respond to issues and had a house manager onsite. Lester was onsite manager and security. Very friendly and accommodating and helped us when. We needed him. He helped us get a 4am ride to the airport and was extremely reliable. He even showed up at the house to make sure we made it ok. So, perfect few days. Highly recommend.

What a great find in Jaco, super nice corner penthouse unit, very comfortable, great AC and TVs in all rooms, comfortable bedding, well stocked kitchen, overall a great find. The host Gabriel was also very helpful meeting us at the unit to give local recommendations. The building was quite and private and we had the pool to ourself most of the time, as an added bonus you can use the beautiful pool at Crocs next door. Enjoy your stay in Jaco, Pura Vida

The penthouse is very spacious and clean. The views are simply spectacular, and the tranquility of the place makes for a very pleasant experience. Everything flows perfectly during the stay. A very important plus is having access to the facilities of the Hotel Crocs, which enhances the overall experience even more.

The villa is more beautiful than what you see in the photos, impeccably clean and in excellent condition, and we found all the amenities we were looking for! A very safe and quiet place. The pool is quite large and in very good condition; we were very satisfied. We would definitely come back 😍

Overall, the house is very nice and fully equipped, and very close to everything. Communication with the host is not very good, which bothered me a bit; he is a very curt person.

My family and I had a great stay at this property. The neighborhood was private and it was a short walk to the beach. Space was clean and the host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend

Let me start with Gabriel, He answered every question we had and was very accommodating! Anything we needed he was there to help. (1)Casa 3 is very loud Thursday through Sunday night. Some kind of night club with DJ on other side of the wall and they get very loud. (2)Pool didn’t work well are whole stay. Last 3 days no one used it because of the layer of something on the bottom! So that was disappointing. (3) Some kind of sewer smell at times were strong. Overall the property was good and is in a great location.

The host made us feel very welcome, showing us around the place and also recommending places to eat and activities. The villa itself was awesome for a family. We enjoyed the pool, sun, and overall environment a lot. Definitely recommend!

Gabriel was very kind from the start; he gave us clear and very specific instructions on how to use the house, which made our stay much easier. The property is spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable, ideal to enjoy as a group or as a family. The pool is excellent and well maintained, perfect for relaxing. Also, the location is very convenient, as it is close to everything. Definitely a very good experience.

Spacious place for families who want to be together but maintain privacy. House 3 must be inhabited by heavy sleepers, as a neighbor is quite a party animal. The bathroom in house 2 is a bit small but otherwise super nice.

It's a great place to stay in the area, close to several beaches and amenities. This oasis of rest is the ideal space for families. We definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back soon.

I have stayed here before and it’s an excellent place to stay. The multiple pools and connecting to the next door facilities/crocs is excellent. Communication was top notch. Definitely will stay again. The sunsets are unbelievable

Host was super friendly and the beach home was beautiful. The water was perfect and gave a really homey vibe. The beach was walking distance and there were a lot of delicious food places near.

Good place to stay!

We had a great time in the villa. There was flexibility at check-in and Gabriel welcomed us and gave us a tour of the villa. The three buildings allow sharing in the common areas of the pool and dining room for our group while also giving privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and the gas grill and coffee machine were a plus. In general, the facilities and furniture are in good condition.

It's a place to enjoy as a family. A large, well-maintained pool. Air conditioning throughout the house. I loved it and would visit them again.

Great house with the most perfect beach access. Easy walk to town, the AC was greatly appreciated after a hot day of walking around. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

The BEACHHOME in Jaco was in an excellent location and provided access to Croc's resort - swimming pool, restaurants, and casino. The view from the top, 10th story balcony are unbeatable. The three bedrooms and four beds were perfect for our family of five. Direct access to the beach, to Crocs, and to town made the stay everything you can hope for.

This property is beautiful and well taken care of. We felt safe and had great views of the ocean.

We had an amazing time with our 2 teen granddaughters. The home is beautiful and very well maintained. The security guys are amazing, we had a late flight and didn't get to the home until 11:30 or so and Lester was there to greet us and help us into the property. Dayla met us the next morning to familiarize us with the home, she was very friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing, and just the right temperature. The property is beautiful with a huge mango tree and a couple of lime trees. We did not rent a car and that was no problem, the walk to the main street is an easy one, plenty of restaurants with a variety of food options and shops to explore. We used the grocery delivery app for a few of the bigger essentials, the service was amazing. We decided to stay another night instead of staying nearer to the airport for our 6:30 am flight. Gabriel was able to accommodate our needs and updated our transportation for us. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

This is the second time we are staying at this Airbnb and our group just loved it. It was like we remember it from two years ago, it’s a great set up, with three separate villas all in one, a nice pool and outdoor bar where spent most of our time, and a nicely stocked kitchen where we cooked lots of meals together. Close to the strip within a couple of minutes uber drive and yet it was tucked away with privacy. Overall 5/5 and will most likely return when we’re back in town in the future

The house is just perfect for a vacation. it was super clean and very well equipped. nice large pool right after the family room was just great to enjoy. You cannot beat the location of the house. It's 5 mins walk from everything to want to enjoy the town has to offer. Gabriel was awesome to deal with, super friendly and very helpful. We will love to stay here again when we visit next time.

Our family of four stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. Because of the time of year we went in the pool was on the warmer side, but at night was cool. The beach is easily accessible. Bring your water shoes because there are rocks. We felt safe with the guard and he did not feel intrusive we tried several of the Beach restaurants that were within walking distance. sea salt was our favorite. The house has a lot of amenities, which is nice two chairs to bring out to the beach and we brought out the pool loungers to the beach one day, which was nice overall excellent day highly recommend the Thursday and Friday farmers market.

This place was more than we expected. Gabriel responds immediately and answers all your questions. The separate sleeping quarters with bathrooms are a great addition. Located about 1/2 mile from the beach and strip with shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere, but golf carts and scooter rentals nearby. The pool is all one level which allows you to utilize the entire pool rather than a deep end. We had seven adults and plenty of room. The villa near the pool can get warm. We turned the AC way down to keep it cool. Outdoor bar, sink, chairs, lounge chairs, large table and chairs, hammock and bathroom all provided along with towels. We will stay here again! Had a wonderful week in Jaco, felt safe letting the early 20s family members venture out together. Ubers available, markets and pharmacies closeby. Thanks for a great vacation!

Gabriel was a great host and always responded quickly. He bent over backwards and made sure our stay was perfect. As per the rental it was great for what we needed. When i come back i would rent it again.

Ville Helena de Hermosa was an absolute dream to stay in! SO MUCH wildlife around the property including macaws, small monkeys, iguanas, etc. made the feeling of being in the jungle even more surreal. The property is walking distance to Playa Hermosa and only a short 20-minute drive to Jaco. Thank you to Gabriel for being such a great host. He is very easy to communicate with, greets you as you arrive, and is extremely attentive to his guest's needs. Having the security guard monitor who entered and left the community gave my group and I a sense of ease when we'd leave for a full-day outing. I couldn't recommend a better place to stay in Playa Hermosa! 100/10!

Casa Mandolina is a beautiful property. The house and grounds are exactly as described and shown in the listing. Gorgeous pool and landscaping coupled with the beautiful ocean view made for a fantastic stay. The house is conveniently located directly across from the beach, and is within a walkable distance to the main street in Jaco. The house is clean and has plenty of room and bathrooms. Host is very responsive and shows great care for the property. Jaco is a lively town with numerous restaurants, shops, and a farmers market on Thursday and Friday. We enjoyed fishing, hiking in the rain forest, a night jungle boat ride, the chocolate farm, and great food while in Jaco. Don't miss the sunsets too, they are breathtaking. We had a great time and recommend Casa Mandolia for your Jaco adventure!

Nice place to stay

Second time staying at Casa Mandolina, it has a great location right on the beach with many options available in walking distance. Very secure and safe. Security provided 9am to 9pm with Lester and Jose who were very helpful and a nice addition to our group of very long-time friends. The house host Gabriel was always very helpful and very responsive, even though we had no problems at all. Whenever, I come to Jaco and need a house, this is my place to go.

Beautiful vacation home! Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was loved by kids and adults. Roads in the addition were not good so getting in and out seemed to take forever. Otherwise our stay was amazing.
