Sliding doors in the living room open to welcome the fresh ocean breeze.
The property is fully air-conditioned and secured with a tropical wood fence and PVC windows and doors. It includes an oceanfront pool, a large lawn backyard, and a charcoal Weber grill. A hammock on the porch and ample pool chairs provide relaxing spots to enjoy the surroundings.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast counter with stools and a dining table for six. Additionally, there are two outdoor tables, each seating four, perfect for al fresco dining.
The living room comfortably seats six on couches arranged around a smart TV with internet access and a Blu-ray player. One couch converts into a full-size bed suitable for children or small teenagers.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a smart TV with internet connection, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, while the third bedroom contains a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms offer shelves and hanging space.
High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the house, allowing guests to stay connected or make free calls via VOIP.

Superb place with great location for walking to downtown. Across from the beach. Easy access. Security guard was great to have there to assist with gate in/out of property.

Gabriel was a good host. Quick to respond to issues and had a house manager onsite. Lester was onsite manager and security. Very friendly and accommodating and helped us when. We needed him. He helped us get a 4am ride to the airport and was extremely reliable. He even showed up at the house to make sure we made it ok. So, perfect few days. Highly recommend.

This house is in a perfect location with access to the beach, cafes and shopping. The house is better than the photos show. The pool and lounging spaces are beautiful. I will stay here again.

The host, Gabriel, communicated very well with us throughout our stay. Images of house are a little misleading, as the unit is smaller than it appears online. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the area. The beach, which is right across from the home, is phenomenal! People are friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. The tour of the waterfalls, was second only to the beach, in terms of amazing activities to participate in.

Had a two night stay at this wonderful beach house with my husband and parents. Great beach front location and easily walkable to several local restaurants. What a wonderful home. Exactly as described and incredibly well kept. The owners take tremendous pride in this property, as they should. Excellent location, with walking distance to numerous restaurants. It is terrific to be across the street from the beach, but in a private gated property with a fantastic pool. My whole family loved everything about it. Thanks for the incredible experience. I would highly recommend it to others.

Great house with the most perfect beach access. Easy walk to town, the AC was greatly appreciated after a hot day of walking around. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.
