Overview

Villa Jaco Sol is a private residence consisting of three charming casitas rented together on an 8,225 square foot lot. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in Jaco, the villa is just a 7-minute walk (600 meters) from the beach and a 9-minute walk (750 meters) to downtown.

The Space

This vacation rental offers a variety of modern conveniences and comfortable living spaces, including:

• Wireless internet throughout the property
• Central and split-unit air conditioning
• Dishwasher, ice maker, and purified water dispenser
• Solar-heated tap water for eco-friendly comfort
• Charcoal grill in addition to a gas grill

The property features a beautiful free-form pool with a natural rock waterfall. The pool area includes:

• A garden table with seating for ten under a metal canopy
• A covered gazebo with a bar and stools
• Weber gas grill and a Weber 22 charcoal grill
• Large cooler on wheels
• Boombox
• Half bathroom and outdoor shower

The pool entrance has a seating area and slopes gradually to the deep end, with a metal railing for support.

Casita 1 (Main)

Casita 3 is located behind Casita 1 and is accessible via a winding palm garden path.

Security and Parking

The entire property is fully fenced, with metal bars on doors and windows for added security. An ADT monitored alarm system is available for guest use upon request.

Parking accommodations include space for up to three vehicles across two driveways. The covered garage and part of the master bedroom closet are not accessible to guests.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire property except for the covered garage and a section of the master bedroom closet.

Additional Information

• Pricing includes the mandatory 13% sales tax applicable to all vacation rentals in Costa Rica.
• Rates cover up to 9 guests; additional guests incur an extra fee per person per night. Children under three years old are exempt.
• Pets are allowed only if they are quiet dogs. A $25 plus VAT pet fee per stay applies per dog.
• Pet rules include no swimming in the pool, no climbing on beds or furniture, leash requirement outdoors, and proper waste disposal by the owner.
• The pet fee is collected after full payment via Airbnb.
• Pack ’n Play travel cribs and baby highchairs are available for rent at $5 per day or $30 per week. Advance notice is required to reserve.
• Cooking essentials are provided except for cooking oil.
• Beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear.
