Casa Gris is a stylish four-bedroom, four-bathroom private home on a quiet street in Jacó, approximately a six-minute walk from downtown and seven minutes from the beach.

The fully private property features:

• Air conditioning throughout
• Secure, walled-in grounds
• Space for up to 13 adults and 2 children
• Pet-friendly accommodations for one dog, subject to a fee

The Space

Casa Gris is a designer home in an excellent location, approximately 450 meters from the main street and 700 meters from the beach. Both destinations are reachable within a six- to eight-minute walk.

The home combines high ceilings with an eclectic blend of modern and rustic design. The property includes a two-bedroom, two-bathroom main house and two adjacent efficiency apartments, each with a private bathroom. An interior walkway connects the apartments with the main house and pool area.

The entire property is private and fully air-conditioned.

Pool and Outdoor Area

The large, completely private pool is located beside a covered terrace equipped with:

• Dining space for 10
• Gas barbecue grill
• Lounge chairs

Main House

Both bedrooms in the main house open directly onto the pool terrace.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.
• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
• Both bedrooms include flat-screen smart televisions, en-suite bathrooms, closet space, and a safe deposit box.

The living room offers comfortable couches and lounge seating around an entertainment area with:

• 48-inch flat-screen HD smart television
• Bluetooth-enabled home theater sound system
• Blu-ray/DVD player
• Queen-size sofa bed for up to two children

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Stove and oven
• Blender
• Rice cooker
• Large microwave
• Refrigerator

A finished-concrete breakfast counter with high chairs separates the kitchen from the living area.

Private Apartments

Each of the two apartments includes a private bathroom, safe deposit box, 40-inch smart HD flat-screen television, small kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

1. One apartment accommodates four people with one double bed and two twin beds.
2. The other apartment accommodates five people with one double bed and three twin beds.

Sleeping Capacity

The property accommodates up to 13 people in beds. Two additional small mattresses are available for children to place on the floor.

The maximum occupancy is:

• 13 adults and 2 children or teenagers
• Children under 3 years old are not charged the additional per-person nightly fee

Parking

The internal parking area is 13 meters long and accommodates two large cars.

Additional vehicles may be parked directly outside the house, where there is ample space. Neighbors also park on the street. A public parking lot is available in downtown Jacó, approximately a five-minute drive away.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property and will not share any areas with other guests.

Pets

Only quiet-natured dogs are permitted.

• A pet fee of US$25 plus value-added tax per dog, per stay, applies.
• The fee does not cover damage caused by the pet.
• Dogs may not swim in the pool or climb on beds or furniture.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors.
• Owners must collect and properly dispose of all dog waste.
• The pet fee is collected after the rental has been paid in full through an Airbnb payment request.

Additional Information

Prices include Costa Rica’s legally mandated 13% sales tax for vacation rentals.

The quoted price applies to the entire property. The base rate covers up to nine guests. An additional fee per person, per night, is automatically added for each guest beyond that number. Children under 3 years old are exempt from this fee.

Pack ’n Play travel cribs and baby high chairs are available for US$5 per day or US$30 per week each. Please request them in advance to reserve.
