Very cute rooms. Peaceful location with beautiful surroundings. Removed from town so quiet, but within a short walking distance to nice nearby restaurants. The corner mart was also a really nice convenience. We also loved seeing the giant iguana in the tree outside our room!

This airbnb was everything my partner and I hoped for. It was extremely clean, and we felt safe. The views were also impeccable. We appreciated that we had access to bikes, and a private pool and dock. I would most definitely stay here again.

Great little studio in a quiet neighbourhood south of San Pedro . Very well equipped for self catering and a little supermarket at the end of the road. Surroundings were beautiful, right on the beach! Stunning views, sunrise and sunsets. The Hula Bar stretching out on a jetty, Happy Hour 2-4. $5 cocktails, the Belizian Panti-Rippa is lethal! The beach right in front of the apartment block, lovely gardens, friendly folk. 100% recommend

My friend and I had a wonderful stay here over new years. It was clean, spacious, comfortable. Had everything we needed. The view of the lagoon is beautiful, and you could walk to a coffee shop across the street.

Nice place to stay with all the amenities. Kitchen is very well equipped and location is comfortable. Loved the pool area and everything you need is a quick walk or golf carting drive away recommend!

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was as advertised. Great place for two couples. I would highly recommend having a rental car to fully access the area at your convenience. However, there are other ways for local travel. Might be more of personal preference. The only thing that we had a small challenge with was our initial access. The second bedroom does not have direct access from the main house but once you are in and unlocked there is common access from the back patio. So, just double check and make sure you have the access codes to both locks. Again, this was only minor challenge because of the great responsiveness of Jovanni! Because of this experience we got a better understanding of the service Jovanni could provide during our stay. It was almost like have a personal concierge to help with dinner reservations and activities, etc. For us this really enhanced our experience and was by far the best service we have received during any of our other airbnb stays!

We had a wonderful stay! The house fit our family great! The pool and outside area were a wonderful place to play and eat! The inside of the house was comfortable and cozy. Location is peaceful and private and a short drive to wonderful restaurants and more. The locals are incredibly friendly and helpful and live to talk to those that have a minute. An amazing stay that already has us wanting to return! Thank you so much much for sharing your lovely home!

Far enough away to be private and yet close enough to be in the mix. Loved the place and the Hawaiian restaurant! But beware the public road to get there is not for the faint of heart. Can't fault the resort for it at all but it is a rough ride worth mentioning to get there!

Place was great first floor location Close to a store , restaurants and ocean Bed was comfortable but definitely get a golf cart to explore!

Fantastic stay at Caribe Island Resort! We were debating whether to stay in San Pedro, or Caye Caulker, and I'm happy with the balance we struck where we were on Ambergris within easy golf cart distance from San Pedro town, but far enough away that everything was quiet. We loved the common areas, tons of tables, chairs, and hammocks; both directly on the sand and under a large developed palapa. Hula Bar is a neighboring over-water bar adjacent to the property, and was an awesome place to check out when we wanted food or beverages without taking the golf cart anywhere.

We enjoyed our stay despite the weather. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Enough space for all of us. Definitely would recommend and stay again my next trip to Placencia.

Definately need a vehicle to get around for exploring and shopping. Our host Shanice was amazing and always quick to respond.

Beautiful property right by the beach. Snorkeling tours pick up from this location too. Property manager was super helpful when I had to leave early due to a family emergency. Wish I could have stayed a lot longer.

A fantastic place to stay—spotless, modern, and very spacious. The excellent cooking facilities made us feel right at home, and the cooking hob and fridge were even newer than shown in the Airbnb photos. Thanks to its location near the water, we enjoyed some wonderful wildlife sightings, including iguanas, crocodiles, and even a woodpecker that reliably started pecking at the door around 7 am everyday. The host was outstanding, offering great hospitality and responding quickly to our car-related questions. The on-site security staff were always present, friendly, and happy to share their knowledge of the island. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Airbnb! We felt right at home and love everything about it. Keep in mind, it is about a 30min ride via golf cart from town but it also felt good to have some privacy. Gineli made sure to be accessible with whatever we needed. She had an entire handbook of the Airbnb, San Pedro, recommendations of places to go. Definitely can’t wait to come back!

This place was Amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. They keep it clean and served good drinks, tasty breakfast and helped us book a trip to the ruins. The bed was comfy and the bathtub is huge and overlooks the beautiful river and jungle. We had breakfast every morning and it was great. If we ever make it back we will stay here again. The location is a little far from town and the road is a little bumpy like all the roads around here but we knew that before we booked it and it was worth the drive to be at such a beautiful location. River was too rapid for us to play in while we were here in December but they say it’s great in the summer. Still awesome to relax by. Thanks again to the friendly staff!

what an amazing place, if you are looking for something that is hidden way then this is the place for you, 10 mins south of the main part of town, you are surrounded by beautiful water, and palm trees. this was the perfect place for me to relax but also feel close to the main part of town. it was the best of both worlds. shout out to Gineli, she was so helpful and so responsive to any questions I had and even recommend the best snorkel company for me. I will be back and this is where I'll stay!

Great place to stay outside of San Pedro! Pool and beach access were great and the room is clean and has everything you need. Found the bed v comfy and the tv has Netflix! There are a few restaurants around (Someplace South next door has live music and cheap comforting food) but you do need a golf buggy / taxis to get into the main town easily - the roads are hilariously potholed but all part of the fun.

I travel to Belize three or four times a year and I usually stay in this complex, so I’ve been in plenty of different units. This one was great. The pool and Oceanside setup are perfect, and I loved being able to work and relax in the Palapa. The whole place is very family friendly, which makes the stay even better. The property management team is always quick to respond and easy to reach whenever we needed assistance. We stayed for 21 days and had a lovely time. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone looking to book.

We barely have words for how incredible our stay was! from the minute we were greeted at our car to the moment we hesitantly said good bye! (I apologize if spell your names wrong ). Jose, perfection! Martha your hospitality was so warm and friendly! and Jadey, I wish I got to spend more time with you! So pleasant! definitely don't skip out on the restaurant!!! delicious! and the drinks were tasty! we wanted peace and adventure and relaxation and all three were accomplished! walking the roads was safe, friendly and everyone around was so lovely! Great Stay! Highly Recommend! the Tucan Suite was amazing! I never wanted to leave this magnificent place! thank you for having us ! we felt so pampered!!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was much nicer that we expected and well equipped. The porch was perfect to enjoy the sunrise with a coffee and the dock was perfect to catch some sun. There location is very private and quiet, we rarely ran into other guests. There are not many food options near but it is a short walk to the Split and the South side. The bikes where functional but could use some TLC as they are stored outside. Overall if you are looking for a quiet get away this is a great place to stay.

An excellent place to rest and disconnect from everything, they have many entertainment options in the palapa. Good communication with the hosts, we had a small fault with the AC and they fixed it quickly. I would definitely go back without thinking!

First time in Belize and they informed us of great places to visit. Well stocked with blankets, cooking and eating utensils, and towels. We would return!

Our studio was really cute and had everything we needed! We stayed for two weeks and at times would cook at home, I always had what I needed in the kitchen and everything was clean. The bed was really comfortable and I had great sleeps every night! The ac stopped working a few times and every time I messaged the host she was quick to respond and within a half hour the maintenance personal were there to fix the problem. I would definitely come back and stay there again!

nice affordable beachfront property, a 5 minute golf cart ride out of town, well kept condo and common area worth pool and deck chairs. Had a couple minor issues with A/C and a repair man who accidentally turned off all the power, the management company was easily reached and quickly responded to resolve the issues. We would recommend this property and would choose it again for our next visit

didn't realize it was actually 3 separate units, not one big house. the lock boxes and keys are kinda sticky in the doors. ow it was great

The place was great and as described in the listing. We had a rental, so the place being up the hill was not an issue for us. The location was a short 5-minute drive from the stores, restaurants, and the main part of town. There was A/C in all the bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living room. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking as well, great place.

location is a little far out of town of Placencia. I knew this in advance. a car is a must. Photo are perfect representation of property. Any problems were addressed timely

It was perfect. Each room had its own AC. The master bed room was perfect. The pool was amazing! It was perfect. Will definitely stay over again. The only thing is you're gonna need a vehicle if you wanna get into town. There had bars, supermarket, gas station and restaurants nearby like a 5 min walk.

Quiet, peaceful place with a wonderful pool that we used everyday! As long as you have a golf cart, the little drive is just fine. A few restaurants super close. Had everything we needed for the stay.

Everything was very good. To be honest, we loved the location. We felt at home, safe and everything was very clean and tidy. The only thing I recommend is to read the ad carefully, since we had a small problem with the bed because it was small and we were 2 adults and an 11-year-old child (but it was because I didn't read the information well, my mistake). It was a good experience to stay here

We had a great time staying here in San Ignacio. We were out and about exploring a majority of our time but absolutely loved the private pool when we were at the house!

This is a very nice rental space. We were in unit #1 - the water access is phenomenal. Most excursions would just pick you right up on the dock. The restaurant there was delicious as well, never busy and easy to access. The trundle bed in the living room is huge (full size) plus the bed in the main bedroom is super plush and comfortable. I do recommend bringing extra trash bags with you if you’re staying more than a few days! Highly recommend. Beautiful scenery, easy to access + great atmosphere

everything was great

Wheew, the stench this time of year is almost unbearable! Between the mangroves and rotting sargasso, the stinky stinky air surrounding the villa is inescapable. Thankfully the views balanced that out a bit. Watching the sunrise from bed everyday is phenomenal. So many windows all around, Check-in was easy. The owners are pretty hands off—no messages between check-in and check-out. So glad there was water in the kitchen because the heat is no joke. I highly recommend arriving to the pier via water taxi (ask the water taxi to take you all the way to the dock of the Island Pear Resort for $5) instead of just dropping you at the other side of the split. There’s a cute cafe in walking distance from the villa. Lots of peace n quiet over here on this side of the island. The pool on the property looked really clean and inviting, though I never used it. The bathroom only has a blue dim light—during the day you can use daylight—at night you shower in the dark. Hot water was plentiful.

The grounds are beautiful. The room lacks a little, the mattress is super uncomfortable for 2 people. There's a metal piece that runs around the perimeter of it, inside the mattress itself and does not have any give around the outer perimeter. I woke up stiff and sore everyday. This mattress would most likely be good for one person. The bathroom could use more lighting as there is only a singular ceiling fan light combo on the vanity side of the bathroom so it's really dim when you take a shower at the other end of the bathroom. A table lamp beside the bed would be a great addition too, when you don't want bright overhead lights on. There was slight problem with the air conditioner which was promptly fixed by a maintenance man. I would not choose this particular unit #24 again unless they get a new mattress. Samantha and Lourdes were always available and quick to respond which we truly appreciate.

From the unique design, the breathtaking pool and views, to the incredible staff. The property was exclusively rented by my party for privacy and we couldn’t have been happier. Every need was anticipated and Miriam went above and beyond to ensure my birthday trip was more than I could have imagined. The pictures don’t do this property justice!
