The house was very nice lots or room, good layout and in great location. The manager was less than helpful thou when issues arouse. They have an automated response leading you to think they are actually communicating but when it comes time to deliver they don't deliver. Was also disappointed when we found out the dishwasher was not supposed to be used and all the dishes had to be hand washed.

We had a group of 5 and this house was definitely big enough for all of us. Perfect location as we were very close to all the famous beach bars, about 15 minutes from the ferry and 30 minutes from Secret Beach. Beautiful house, great price, wonderful host. I would stay here again.

Vacasa's place in San Pedro was outstanding! The home was incredibly clean, well-located, and comfortable. They also will assist in arranging a golf cart for your stay (which is a necessity in San Pedro). The home has excellent AC for the warm San Pedro days and ample space to relax and enjoy your visit. I highly recommend.

This place is amazing and will be my new Belize spot! It was in a great location, away from city noise and hustle. but a 4 min drive to food, entertainment and a host of other options. The Cafe across the street was our daily go to for breakfast and snacks. Golf carting around is a must. The space is huge! Me and my 2 friends had plenty of space to be alone or together. The crocs (yes there were 2) came out a couple of the days there. I loved everything about this house! The balcony was my favorite! We got massages out there and it was lovely! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful place would highly recommend 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms large common areas , great location loved the patio and crocodile spotting everything clean and comfortable enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The house was large and looked like the photos though we had a few issues with hot water, tv, safe... the management company was responsive but, we were without hot water for 2 nights though they did give us access to another unit in order to shower on the 2nd day and left us to manage the workers until I requested they be there instead. The biggest thing was the bathroom was not cleaned well and for a bathroom where you need to use the bin to dispose of toilet paper, instead of the toilet (island living), the bin was dirty and made the experience very uncomfortable. The community the house is located in is enclosed which is great. The location is between the north and the south so it's convenient if you are exploring by car or cart, but not a walking area at all (except to a coffee shop across the street).
