didn't realize it was actually 3 separate units, not one big house. the lock boxes and keys are kinda sticky in the doors. ow it was great

Great spot on the northern side of the island. Worth dealing with crossing the split if you want a little peace and quiet. Great communication and property

Was an outstanding stay. Expansive home with three separate suites that we rented out for 8. Could not have been a better stay!

This house is absolutely amazing, super clean, and the staff was very responsive. Please note that you may want to consider getting a golf cart or hiring your own private boat taxi. It can be complicated getting from the north side to the southside. Also, you cannot swim in these waters as there are crocodile signs posted. But there are places to swim close by, especially at the split. This house is amazing and the pool is beautiful. Highly recommend, especially if you have a golf cart or boat transfer.

The house was clean. Take note that each level of the house only had outdoor access. Despite what the airbnb page says, you cannot actually swim in the beach at this house. There are 2 signs posted saying not to swim because of the Crocodiles. We intentionally got this house because of the beach and pool, so we were pretty bummed. The owners also decided to have the deck stained when we were here, so we also lost 3 days of the pool. I have reached out to them regarding this and have yet to hear back. We were also told that they would provide water, but after the initial water jugs from previous guests had run out, we were told to get our own. If we only had bikes to travel with, this would have been very tricky. Lastly, the water and the electricity went out often. Although this is out of the owners control, it would have been nice to know up front that the amenities that we were paying a lot of money for (AC) were not guaranteed. A hot house with no water was not fun.

The house was exactly as pictured and a perfect spot for our group of 8 (4 couples). Everyone on Caye Caulker was so helpful in getting us where we needed to go, or with recommendations, etc. The house is on the north side of the island, so you do have to take the pontoon ferry to the South Island for most of the action (which costs $2.5USD/person). There is a small grocery store and just a handful of restaurants on the north island. The property was private, quiet and beautiful so you also didn’t really need to leave!

Best AirBNB I have had in awhile. Very friendly host and management. Beautiful house, perfect private spot to relax with friends and family. Really amazing stay, will definitely be back!
