Great staff. Very private. If you want everything walkable and close, this isn't for you...not yet. If you want to escape and love driving the golf cart...this place is great and you will have a nice time. Anything that is not right, you have a concierge that can assist so don't be afraid to reach out.

I’ve stayed here 4 times now and the place gets better each time. The views are incredible, the furnishings are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the place is very private, pool is perfect. This was my 13th time visiting the island and for the past 4 times I stayed here. I plan on staying here every time I come if it’s not booked. Thank u for another dream vacation

Cozy apartment, excellent views, quiet, relaxing. Well equipped. Bumpy road and a bit far up north, but close to secret beach and if you’re looking for calmness and laid back atmosphere this is a great option for the price.

Patio had a nice view of the beach. Apartment came with a coffee pot but no coffee. You couldn’t swim from the beach or dock because of the seagrass and muck build up. During our visit the power was out for about one and a half days. While the power was out you could not even flush the toilet or run the water and the apartment was so hot we were very uncomfortable. Many of the hotels around had generators so we had to spend most of our time away from the apartment and felt Vacasa should have offered us some compensation back but they would not. It sounds like Belize will need to do more power outages so this could be an ongoing problem.

The location and view are great, loved sitting on the patio and looking at the ocean. There were kayaks as well which were nice to use. Having a washer and dryer was also extremely nice. Now for the not good. The furniture is extremely outdated. The couches consist of wooden benches with pads on them. The TV is also in a weird inconvenient location. The bed feels very flimsy and squeaky and felt like it could fall apart. There was a roach in the bathroom the first morning. The dishes were somewhat dirty as well. Enjoyable stay all in all but won't book again.

The place had all the feel of staying at a hotel (and not someone's house) without any of the benefits. Slow response around basic supplies, and had to haggle with them to get water, tp, and dishwasher pods (only left 1 or 2 of each for an 11 day stay). The place was not well maintained---primarily the bed was coming apart and squeaky and the mattress was too small and uncomfortable. The front door stuck, the kitchen sink was loose. It just seemed like a place that was all about squeezing maximum profit with not a lot of pride around the apartment or hospitality.
