The house in front of the ocean as described with a great view!!! We went during seagrass season but there is nothing to do about that, Lots of things to do around the area, great restaurants, a great golf course near by. Great experience

We had an amazing stay at Casa de Sol. Our group consisted of three adults and five children aged 10–13, and the property met all of our needs exceptionally well. The pool was wonderful, and the lagoon access was a real highlight. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic. Being at the end of town made it quieter than staying in the centre, while still providing easy access to everything Akumal has to offer. We made great use of the bikes, cycling to the beach, exploring the area, and heading into town for dinner. Everything felt very safe. We were welcomed by the owner, who was warm and accommodating. Alex, the concierge, was outstanding throughout our stay, helping with recommendations, bookings, transportation, and rental cars. The housekeeping and laundry staff were also excellent and made us feel genuinely welcome. This was one of those rare Airbnb experiences where everything the listing promises turns out to be true.
