El espacio
Villa Seagate se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de tiendas, restaurantes y playas a lo largo de la costa rocosa entre la bahía de Akumal y la bahía Half Moon. Villa Seagate tiene vista al mar Caribe desde la costa rocosa de Akumal, entre la bahía de Akumal y la bahía Half Moon. Los huéspedes pueden caminar hasta muchos de los mejores lugares de la zona o llegar más rápidamente alquilando una bicicleta, un carrito de golf o un automóvil.

Our family had a wonderful experience at Villa Seagate! The property was as advertised and maintained extremely well with wonderful staff who provided us with an excellent experience. We met our 2 adult children and their significant others here for our Christmas celebration. My husband’s family is from the Yucatán peninsula and met us there as well. The house could not have been more perfect for us. Overlooking the ocean, we enjoyed all the beautiful sunrises. It was a short trip to tulum and we were able to easily visit the ruins and some cenotes. Jose and Marta were present every day to help us feel completely relaxed. They were so friendly, welcoming and informative. Loved every minute.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation! The view of the sunrises is amazing. Scott, Jose and Marta made sure all of our needs were met and the meals that Jose and Marta cooked for us were delicious! Thank you! Akumal Direct was so easy to deal with and very responsive. A very nice and comfortable place, friendly service and it was the only house in the area that could meet our needs in terms of the number of rooms and bed configuration. The maintenance in general was very good, everything worked correctly and when we had a specific request it was resolved promptly. Thank you very much for everything

We had a great time! It's a very nice and private house, which invites you to rest. Everything was very clean and tidy, just like the photographs. The staff, José and Marta, are very helpful and pleasant! They helped us a lot! And Scoot was always aware of what we needed and solving our doubts! 100% Recommended!

Beautiful, quiet house with nice views. Due to the daily cleaning and housekeeping help of Jose and Marta, our stay was very pleasant. Spacious swimming pool but due to the burning sun from 11am no longer usable. There is no shade and no umbrellas. On the other side of the house (sea) there is shade in the afternoon. No access to the sea. Very child friendly and good air conditioning in the rooms. Host responds very quickly and supports where necessary. We highly recommend the stay.
