The house is very nice, spacious and well equipped. The host was friendly and responsive when we needed him. However, the house is advertised as oceanfront, but there was a lot of seaweed and it was impossible to get into the ocean. We understand that seaweed is a natural phenomenon and that it is not the host's responsibility, but I think it is important for future guests to check the seaweed season carefully. Overall, the house is nice and the host is attentive to your needs.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beachfront home on Akumal bay. They have everything you need to enjoy the beach and to have family dinners either outside or inside. The host was very helpful with answering all our questions and in connecting us with a great Mariachi band to help celebrate my wife's birthday. Naomi & Jorge took very good care of us and made the stay extra enjoyable. We hope to be back next year to do it all over. Great job team Casa San Francisco!

We had a great stay in Akumal. Akumal direct were very responsive and we could always reach them via text. The house keepers cleaned and tidied daily. The property steps onto a beachfront with access to some incredible snorkelling over a coral reef home to loads of amazing sea life.

Loved the spot. Pool. Beach. Hammock. Calm swimming right out back kayaks masks. Not hard to get rides to the beach clubs/restaurants and bar in Akumal. Near the monkey preserve. Set up cooking and airport transport via host which was seamless. Could walk to beach club area if you wanted. Felt safe and tropical and relaxing. Luxurious to have cooking and cleaning at an Airbnb. Kids loved it too.

Akumel Direct was amazing! They arranged all of our tours, meals and transportation. Very trustworthy and responsive. We are an English speaking family of 7 and had no troubles. Felt very safe and Akumal Direct was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Top notch.

Lovely home. Well equipped. Great, attentive and responsive staff. Very quiet, safe, private neighborhood. Beach a little rocky but stunning and fairly deserted. Would return and highly recommend.

Had a group of 9 and house was perfect. Right on the beach and not far from Akumal. Really nice place to stay.

The house is a dream, right on the beach. If you have the 2 meters of algae on the beach, you have clear water with lots of fish and coral. We went snorkeling a lot. The location is perfect, many cenotes nearby, xcaret and 21/2 hours to chichin Itza. The housekeeper cleaned everything every day and washed our laundry. That was a great service. The only problem was the mosquitoes, but I have to say that we knew it was the rainy season in Mexico. They are particularly active there. Spraying well helps. The pool was clean and in the heat a help to cool down quickly. Raccoons are out at night. It was a great time and the house is really great.

Traditional architecture with ensure bathrooms. Outdoors are amazing. pool is just the right size. Maid service was friendly and helpful. No issues with safety in neighborhood or beach. some seaweed on beach, which is typical this time of year. Ocean was warm and clear. mix of rocks and sand along beach, but still wadeable and room to swim. Authentic!
