Very nice and spacious place; they were very friendly and always attentive. The only thing is that they should check the air conditioning, because it didn't cool as well as in other places I've stayed. But everything was great. Thank you so much.

The truth is that the place is better in the pool area than inside the rooms, the bathroom needs a complete renovation, the pipes need to be cleaned, the bathroom always had a bad smell of sewage, for the price of almost $65 a night I don't think it's worth it, I've been to other places both in Nicaragua and in the rest of the world and I had never paid so much for so little and I'm not saying that I would have wanted something luxurious but if they are going to rent something for the price of $65 per night, at least it should be a little cozy and more so when I refer to the time one uses the bathroom, the tiles and everything in the bathroom is so old that no matter how well they clean it, it will always look dirty, recommendation for the owners, remodel the bathrooms ah and please a little more pressure when using the shower and the sink, in the shower there was hardly any water, and one more point I had to go outside to brush my teeth there was no water pressure in the sink

Cynthia answered my questions, clean room, clean pool, attentive staff, Breakfast was delicious, the decor was very nice, the only negative thing in the living area is that you can't enjoy it much at night because there are many insects, if they could be driven away it would be great.

A great place to stay ran by a local family. Very spacious and clean rooms and free tea and coffee which is nice. The location is a little out from the main centre but we didn’t mind the walk and there’s a nice local restaurant a couple mins walk away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cynthia's! The space is comfortable and well appointed. Note that the shower is not super efficient (and it is cold), but it was as described. The pool is simply beautiful, a real haven of peace to relax. Lunch was delicious, with fresh and typical produce. The hosting was warm and thoughtful. We highly recommend this place (good value for the money)

The place was clean as well as the garden and pool. Wet towels/jerseys are missing points. When we needed a taxi to get around and have a guide, Augustin was great tips.

Eveything was just fine except some little details: when we got there, there was no one at the lobby, we got only two towels even though the reservation was for 3 adults, our tv had to be changed and the AC was not working; everything was solved by the friendly staff that’s why I give it a four, bc sometimes u want everything to be set. The location is amazing, close to the main landmarks, staff was responsive.

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The outdoor environment is quiet and spacious with the beautiful pool. Loved our stay. The only downside is that it lacks utensils and others to cook in the shared kitchen. I really recommend this place, the hosts are really kind and caring.
