The provided service and guidance from Akumal direct was close to perfect. We had some issues with some appliances that haven been taken care of in due time. The sargassum is a big hit that will probably not make us book another beach front home in Akumal/ Tulum soon

Super nice stay. Super nice house, very well maintained and spacious for large families. The hosts are always very friendly and communicate constantly. I highly recommend it!
