NEW! Lovely Beachfront 3 BR condo with a Pool, AC!

The condo was very spacious. The view from the patio was everything. The pool was clean daily. On site staff and workers were very friendly. Wi-Fi did get a bit slower each day, but we survived. The property overall was beautiful. There is a minimart within walking distance. A few restaurants. Waking up to the views was amazing. My only complaint was the lack of Ubers in the area. There were actually none. So rent a car or arranged transportation with their concierge. Also, the concierge was top-notch. They responded very quickly as did the host. I would definitely book again.

I love booking with Akumal Direct, they take good care of their properties and their guests. This location was absolutely unbeatable and the property as a whole (the pool, parking lot, etc) was very well maintained. The master bedroom was a challenge - no side table (had to charge my electronics on the floor), no space in the giant walk-in closet (two small drawers and extremely limited closet space), and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. However there is a pull out trundle that is a little softer and it’s worth the hassle to have the views in the morning and the sound of the waves at night. The other bedrooms were wonderful. Overall a good stay.

Great location! We loved being right on the beach. It felt like our own private beach and pool! Perfect location for families! Scott was so very helpful with all of our questions and making sure we had everything we need. Will definitely want to come back.

This is an AMAZING place to stay. Words will not capture how you should look no further and pick this place. Beachfront, pool, every room with bathroom and closet, walkable neighborhood with convenience stores and restaurants very close, a/c in every room of the condo and a condo front parking spot. Scott (host) has the best recommendations and is very responsive and proactive. Towels, linens, daily maid service, and even bottled water delivery is all included! The deck right outside the living room and main bedroom is the place to be! Furniture, ambience, and beach + pool chairs make it extra perfect. It is very safe and incredibly peaceful. We were 2 families with 3 kids, and the space distribution with bunk bed style (fits 4 people each) worked out great! So comfortable! We will be coming back no doubt! P.S. make sure you bring water shoes as the entrance to the beach is a little rocky.

Excelente lugar, el departamento esta muy bonito y muy bien ubicado. El host siempre estuvo atento en resolver cualquier inquietud y también nos proporciono muy buenas recomendaciones de lugar que visitar en la cercanía. Sin duda volvería a quedar ahí mismo.

Gorgeous place! Wonderful view! very peaceful and family friendly. liked the security of the area and liked that there was someone there daily to clean pool and clean the place. I would stay here again.

Our condo was excellent. Had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool which was cleaned daily a huge plus. The location is literally beachfront perfect for snorkeling. Very little sargassum it definitely didn’t prevent us from having an amazing trip. Had dinner at Cueva del Pescador a few nights definitely recommend going. Pizza at Taverna Akumal was also great for the kids. Scott our host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Had an awesome stay here would definitely return.
