Beautiful house perched on the heights 15 minutes from Uvita, in the middle of a true Garden of Eden. We enjoyed the pool as a family until dark. Private beach access is the icing on the cake: a beautiful beach with water that's almost too warm... and a refreshing little river that flows into the ocean there. Incredible. Thank you for your impeccable management, Cynthia. You were very professional and responsive. Finally, the housekeeping team works wonders every 2 days. It's very useful, because the house is in the middle of the jungle... there is no air conditioning in the living rooms, but the open house concept allows you to make the most of the environment. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and comfortable, each with its own bathroom.

We stayed 3 nights and loved everything about it ❣️ The view is incredible , in the mountain not overlooked ❣️ Our own peace of paradise ❣️ Birds watching and listening to wild monkeys, from the pool or bedrooms or showers views. Basically everywhere you look is truly beautiful. Jose the care taker was super helpful and kindly took our luggage up to the car. We did not listen to Cynthia ‘s advice . We booked our car rental too late and couldn’t get the essential 4x4 car that Costa Ricas roads need. The infinity pool was sooo clean and beautiful It looked brand new. The house is very well equipped. Large washer and dryer. We would come back and highly recommend the stay to family and friends .

This place is amazing! The view is spectacular and the home was perfect for our family of six with four teens. Loved the cozy beds, the living area with plenty of room for all of us, the incredible bathrooms, the stocked kitchen, the pool, the yoga studio, and especially the private access to the beach! We enjoyed boogie boarding, surfing, watching crabs, and witnessing the most spectacular sunset any of us had ever seen! Cynthia left no stone unturned. She knows her stuff! If we ever make it back to CR, we most definitely will book one of her places again.

Absolutely beautiful home, even better than the photos. The views were incredible! Cynthia was an amazing host, she was extremely helpful and responsive. Having all of our tours/massages/private chef/transportation from the airport being set up before arriving was all next level of ease. I could not recommend this beautiful air bnb enough. Thank you for such a beautiful vacation!

Our family had an amazing stay at Cynthia’s home! She welcomed us personally, showed us around the property, shared great restaurant recommendations, and even helped us find a boat captain who gave us the perfect customized tour. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The private beach was just a short drive away, where my son loved body surfing in the moderate waves. It was quiet, beautiful, and the freshwater creek was perfect for cooling off. One of our favorite parts of the trip was the wildlife. Every morning we enjoyed coffee while watching scarlet macaws, toucans, and white-faced monkeys from the property. Watching monkeys play in the trees while I was showering was such a uniquely Costa Rican experience! The pool was the perfect place to end each day, with incredible ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Cynthia is a wonderful host, and we made so many great family memories here. We’re already planning our next trip here!

Beautiful house. View of whales tail, coastline and jungle mountains. House was clean and had all the amenities needed. We saw toucan, macaw, green parakeet, anteater, coati, and monkeys all from the property. You would hear howler monkeys first thing in the morning. One day during our stay, a group of at least 6 monkeys were in the trees rights in the backyard. We could even see two baby monkeys in the group. The dirt road to house intersects the highway in the middle of town. It takes 10-15 minutes on dirt road up the mountainside to get to the home. Its not a problem to traverse, at least with a 4wd vehicle. Plenty of great restaurants in town and 15-20 minutes out. The private beach access was great. There was a little restaurant just a couple minute walk from beach. House cleaner came every other day and did dishes, laundry, and cleaned, which was a great perk. Stayed with my family of 5 youngest was 11. They all loved the house. Would stay here again.

We loved the house. My husband and 2 daughters (21 and 14) stayed for a week. The house is on top of the hill, private locations, private beach and lots of fun tours and activities to do. Loved the place and would recommend to others:)

This house is AMAZING! The house sits on a mountain in a rainforest and everything about it was breathtaking. The views were spectacular. The inside was very nicely done and it accommodated our family perfectly. In addition the house offers a private beach access which was convenient. Cynthia was very responsive to our messages and her recommendations for places to visit and eat as well as activities were perfect. Her recommendations were a 10 out of 10. Every time we went somewhere that Cynthia recommended, the kids would say that Cynthia strikes again (because we all loved the places she suggested).

It was an excellent vacation. From the beginning of the house booking to the end, everything was smooth. The house is spectacular. It's large, with large bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a terrace, and a cozy TV room. The house has good lighting and ventilation. It is a safe house, very close to all the beaches, with many restaurants nearby. We loved the service during our week. The cleaning staff came to clean the house three times and to clean the pool. The house has all the cooking utensils, linens, and a large number of towels for both the bathroom and the pool, good parking, and a spectacular pool with ocean views. We will definitely come back again.

The place was very clean and we felt at home from check in to check out. Cynthia was a great host who was flexible with the check in, helpful and very responsive. We had an issue with the safe in the home and a small issue with the pool and she responded and took care of the problems immediately. She had a clear and organized check in with many great recommendations. We would happily stay here again. Great experience.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful retreat. The fully stocked kitchen, refreshing pool, and comfortable beds made it easy to relax and feel at home. What truly made the experience unforgettable were the breathtaking ocean views and the incredible abundance of wildlife surrounding the property. Waking up to the toucans and parrots each day was a special experience, and the private access to a gorgeous beach was amazing! We would gladly stay here again.

5 star stay at La Experiencia! House is as described, communication with Cynthia (the host) was excellent. The private beach is a game changer, with a fresh water creek and unspoiled beach virtually all to your self. The pool and view of the jungle and ocean are spectacular. Non stop tropical birds right from the back deck. The house was comfortable. Uvita is a great home base for central and southern Costa Rica, there is so much to do within an hour’s drive.

Amazing stay at the villa, everything was super clean and just as shown on the photos! It was equipped with everything you need and even extra that really added to the stay. The views were great even the drive up to the Villa. My wife and I will definitely stay here again!

We had such an amazing time at Cynthia’s place. The views are gorgeous. We would be swimming in the pool and the monkeys would be playing in the trees. It was such a cool experience. The restaurants she recommended were perfect! We enjoyed the excursions she recommended. She made planning so easy. The house was beautiful. The pictures don’t show how beautiful it really is. I’d highly recommend this place! We plan on coming back!
