The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking, featuring retractable glass windows that open to the covered deck for seamless outdoor dining. A propane grill with all necessary tools is available for preparing restaurant-quality steaks, chicken, and seafood.
Upstairs, a large TV recreation area includes a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, conveniently accessible from the bedrooms. Please note, this home is not recommended for children under 3 years old.

Guacamaya Roja Villa is situated between Uvita and Ojochal in Costa Rica’s Southern Pacific region, approximately a 3-hour drive from San Jose Airport (SJO). The property offers private access to Ballena National Marine Park Beach, a pristine 3-mile stretch surrounded by jungle and featuring views of the Three Sisters and Ballena rock formations.
The beach is rarely crowded, often with only a few other visitors, making it an ideal spot for peaceful walks, boogie boarding, sunbathing, and enjoying spectacular sunsets. Free parking is available at the private beach access point.
A 10-minute drive from the house leads to the private entrance to Ballena Beach. Cool mountain breezes can be experienced with a 20-minute drive up to the mountains in a 4x4 vehicle, which is necessary for this property.

Beautiful house. View of whales tail, coastline and jungle mountains. House was clean and had all the amenities needed. We saw toucan, macaw, green parakeet, anteater, coati, and monkeys all from the property. You would hear howler monkeys first thing in the morning. One day during our stay, a group of at least 6 monkeys were in the trees rights in the backyard. We could even see two baby monkeys in the group. The dirt road to house intersects the highway in the middle of town. It takes 10-15 minutes on dirt road up the mountainside to get to the home. Its not a problem to traverse, at least with a 4wd vehicle. Plenty of great restaurants in town and 15-20 minutes out. The private beach access was great. There was a little restaurant just a couple minute walk from beach. House cleaner came every other day and did dishes, laundry, and cleaned, which was a great perk. Stayed with my family of 5 youngest was 11. They all loved the house. Would stay here again.

Fueron unas excelentes vacaciones, desde el inicio de la reserva de la casa hasta el final todo fue fluido, la casa es espectacular, es grande, habitaciones grandes, sala, cocina, terraza y sala de tele acogedoras. La casa cuenta con buena iluminación y ventilación, es una casa segura, muy cerca de todas las playas, con muchos restaurantes cerca, nos encantó el servicio durante nuestra semana llegö el personal de limpieza a limpiar la casa en 3 ocasiones y a limpiar la piscina. La casa cuenta con todos los utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama y gran cantidad de paños tanto de baño, como de piscina, buen parqueo y una piscina espectacular y con vista al mar Sin duda volveremos de nuevo

Cynthia’s home was amazing! The views are breathtaking and the sounds of the jungle surround you 24/7! The drive up to the house is a bit far from the main road, so having a 4x4 vehicle is a must. The location of the house can be a little difficult because the address on AirBnB didn’t match up but our driver was familiar with the location. The drive up to the home was not an issue for us because it provided the most amazing views! We saw plenty of amazing wildlife including huge bugs. We highly recommend the home, it is just as described.

We traveled with a group of 8 adults and all of us just loved our stay at this beautiful home!! The house was everything it said it was & more. It offered the most amazing views and had an abundant of wildlife especially tropical birds to enjoy throughout the day. The house is very private yet there are many things to do and places to eat close by. All of the activities and restaurants were enjoyable. We loved it all so much that we’ve already been discussing another trip back!! Thank you for an Amazing Vacation in Costa Rica!!
