Our stay here was absolutely incredible—truly one of those places that’s hard to put into words. The views are gorgeous, stunning, and completely breathtaking, especially at sunset. You feel like you’re tucked into the jungle while still overlooking the ocean—such a rare combination. The house itself is just as impressive. The pool is amazing the kids ne and perfectly positioned to take in the scenery. The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped, and the living room is so comfortable. The bathrooms deserve their own mention—they’re like indoor-outdoor retreats, giving you that “in the jungle” experience in the best possible way. One of the highlights was the wildlife we saw right from the patio! The private beach across the street is the highlight! A private oasis!! So much to do nearby- explored waterfalls, horse-backed on the beach and ate delicious food! We also had massages and chefs come to the house. I can’t wait to come back- Pura Vida! We had an incredible stay at Cynthia’s Place in Uvita. This property is truly something special. The home sits in what feels like your own private tropical paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of nature. The swimming pool is the centerpiece and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the standout features is the private access to the beach, which made early morning walks and sunset views feel peaceful and secluded. The location is also ideal, with several beautiful restaurants nearby. Cielo Alto restaurant was our favorite. The views are stunning and the food made the experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Uvita.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home is so beautiful we spent many days just relaxing and enjoying the pool and lush surroundings. It seemed as if we had our own nature sanctuary for the week. Highly recommend.

Séjour absolument magique dans cette villa avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Les couchers et levers de soleil étaient spectaculaires. La maison est d’un confort exceptionnel : cuisine complète, lits très confortables, espaces chaleureux. La cabane dans les arbres a été un coup de cœur : vue sur la forêt, toucans pendant la douche, immersion totale. Sous la cabane, un espace d’entraînement avec poids permet de s’exercer entouré des singes et des oiseaux. Faune incroyable : singes hurleurs, toucans, colibris, iguanes, multitude d’oiseaux. La piscine avec vue sur l’océan et le divan extérieur pour relaxer sont inoubliables. Emplacement idéal près des restaurants et commerces (4x4 recommandé). Accès à une plage privée à 2 km. Hôte disponible, service de concierge offert. Nous étions 5 et y retournerions sans hésiter.

Our 15 days stay at Casa de Paz was a perfect winter getaway. The house was as described with great ocean views and lots of local wildlife. The beach was very private and ideal for all beach activities. Recommended restaurants were all close by and provided a taste of local cuisine. Cynthia was a great host. She met us at the house and made sure all of our needs were met. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. The house was gorgeous and incredibly well thought out, with a great kitchen and seamless indoor outdoor living that made spending time by the pool a highlight. The beds were very comfortable with high quality bedding and towels, and we loved having access to the yoga studio for daily classes. We also took full advantage of the host’s help booking activities like canyoning, rafting, and whale watching, all of which were fantastic. The private beach was our favorite of all the ones we visited, and Cynthia was extremely responsive with thoughtful recommendations in a binder that quickly became our go to guide for the trip.

This home is an absolute gem! The home itself and especially the views are even more beautiful than the pictures. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. Enjoying the outdoor space and the view were so recharging and even though we had so much planned in Uvita we wished we could just stay at the home. We had one small issue and Cynthia was quick to respond and have it fixed. The hosts are super responsive and the recommendations and services they provide really made our trip special. If you are traveling to Uvita I highly recommend you book this amazing home!
