An excellent place to stay for a large group, and a great location. I was in town with my family for a wedding, and each of the five bedrooms were suitable for a small family. My parents, and siblings (and travel partners) each had a comfortable bedroom. The living room provided space to spread out and relax. The dining area had table and chairs for a proper family meal. The patio area around the house was peaceful. The bathrooms were in great shape, the water pressure was excellent (not always the case in SMA!). Carla and her co-hosts were very helpful and responsive to all our needs. It's easy to get to all the downtown shops and restaurants; just a 3 min walk from the Artisan Market, and about ten to the main plaza. The perfect option if you are looking for a spacious house in a great location.

The accommodation was spectacular, highly recommended for families or large groups. The location is worth everything. Next to the property there is a public parking lot where we left the cars for the entire stay. The house itself is great, very typical of San Miguel. The decoration and the spaces are very nice, so much so that you don't want to leave to enjoy the house. We hope to return soon to this accommodation that has it all.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent this home again! The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The private parking was a huge bonus and made exploring San Miguel so much easier since we never had to worry about finding a place to park. One of our favorite features was the soaking tub on the terrace. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and unwind after a full day of sightseeing around the city. Carla was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Miguel!

An excellent place to go for a weekend with a group of friends or family to San Miguel!!! The hosts are always very attentive and respond very quickly!!! Only a few rooms don't have air conditioning; apart from that, everything was amazing.

The house is extremely pleasant, very nice and well-maintained, the spaces are beautifully decorated, a very cozy house. Carla and Silvano were always attentive to everything. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. I definitely recommend it and would rent it again.

We booked this place last minute and it was ready for us to stay in. Spacious and plenty of bedrooms for our party of 12! I will definitely consider staying here again if I come back to SMA.

Excellent, the location is great between downtown, restaurants, bars, etc. We went everywhere walking, plus the house is extremely spacious, you feel very comfortable in any of the rooms.

Our stay in this house was excellent. Everything was in perfect condition: clean, beautiful and very well maintained. The upstairs terrace was what we enjoyed the most, ideal for spending time with the family, and the jacuzzi with super hot water was a great plus. The hosts were extremely attentive and friendly, always attentive to anything we needed. In addition, they had the great detail of allowing us to check out at the time we wanted, since the house was not occupied that day. Without a doubt, one of our favorite stays in San Miguel de Allende. We'll be back next time! 🌿✨

Had a great stay with the family at Carla’s place. It was walkable to most of the attractions we did in San Miguel de Allende. Very spacious and everyone had their own bathroom! We felt completely safe for our whole trip and would stay here again if we came back to SMA.

Location, location, location! Those 3 words describe where you can find this awesome home!!! We were in San Miguel for a wedding. Our home was exactly what we needed for a family of 7 and 2 infants. We were in a wonderful central location. Enjoyed the spectacular patios and views. Wonderful home inside. You could not ask for anything better. We all felt very much at home our entire stay. Carla and Silvano were always quickly to respond when I had questions and set me up right away with transportation to and from the airport. I can not say enough about our great wedding weekend with family and especially the home available for our use!! If you are planning a trip, look this home up!! You will not go wrong!!!

5 Stars across the board! The house was amazing and was perfect for our group of seven friends visiting for a birthday celebration. The location was walkable to all the sites / restaurants and we all could not have been happier with the location and really just how perfect Carla’s house was. It was stocked with all the necessities and as a bonus, it has an amazing rooftop patio! We checked out today and we all cannot wait to return soon!

The house is very nice and functional, the only detail is that it only has one parking space, for the number of guests they can accommodate. In general, highly recommended.

The house is big and beautiful- fantastic for our big extended family! We were able to visit with each other in comfort and ease in an absolutely beautiful setting and neighborhood. My friends and I were coming to San Miguel for a wedding. We wanted a cozy spot that was close to the Rosewood and was comfortable for 8 people. Carla's place was everything we could've hoped for and as hosts they were extremely communicative and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our trip to San Miguel de Allende was great with the stay at your comfortable home. from checkin to checkout everything felt great and easy. Carla and Silvano were very helpful from booking to providing all info to answering all questions and taking care of all concerns on time. On request and as per our needs, we got someone to cook and set traditional breakfast for us which was amazing and a great start to enjoy the meal at home. Spacious bedrooms and had comfortable beds, beautifully and tastfully decorated throughout the home. terrace had a view of the church and the sound of church bell was soothing. Overall location was perfect to walk around, park and Rosewood hotel being around the corner made it super convenient. glad we chose this place and would definitely recommend to anyone and all. thanks again for hosting us Carla and Silvano for all your help.

This Airbnb was fantastic and such a perfect landing spot for our time in San Miguel. A group of us traveled together for a friend's wedding and Carla's Airbnb was beautiful, clean, accessible, and helped us feel right at home. At one point during our stay, we believed that we had lost a set of keys and Carla was responsive and quick to help us problem-solve the situation. Thankfully, we were able to locate the keys but Carla's response to the situation absolutely did not go unnoticed. Carla and her family were fantastic hosts. We are grateful for our stay and would recommend this home.

This home is beautiful. When I come back here this home will be where I stay. The home is so beautiful that I would’ve liked to stay longer just to enjoy the home. We even ended our only night here early so we could hang out on the rooftop. The host was amazing. She responded so quickly I felt like we were texting. She was very accommodating. Highly recommend this place. Worth every penny.

The home is beautifully decorated and the location is perfect, close to all the sights but on a quiet block. The rooms are a bit dark since the windows open onto a closed in courtyard and the lamps provided are not bright. Cooking and putting on make up was difficult. Although the rooms are large, since there are no windows to the outside, they get warm and stuffy. It would be nice if they provided some standing fans, instead of the portable air conditioners which did absolutely nothing. The house is very comfortable and the rooftop area is a joy. The kitchen is a bit small and not well equipped. I would have appreciated better quality knives and pans, and some cooking oil and seasonings. But, easy enough to buy the grocery items and I always travel with a serrated paring knife and a head lamp! So many restaurants in SMA but my group enjoys shopping and preparing our breakfasts and lunches and then going out to dinner. The hosts are fantastic and responses to questions are immediate.

My family and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, ideally located within easy walking distance of the Parroquia, and very close to Parque Benito Juárez and the Rosewood Hotel. The house itself was quiet, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Although we encountered some issues with the electricity, which were beyond the control of our hosts, their responsiveness and helpfulness in addressing the situation were outstanding. This experience highlighted their commitment to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property for its charm, location, and especially the excellent service provided by the hosts.

Carla’s home was so beautiful-the photos do not do it justice! We had a wonderful time there. The private bathrooms in each room were a great perk! Walkable to the center of town and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby!

It's a beautiful, clean, well-located house. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable, each with its own full bathroom. The hosts were always attentive and took care of our requests. The only issue was the heat, but they quickly resolved it by bringing us more fans.

Stunning house, beautifully decorated and with ample space. Clean and quiet, in a safe and wakable neighbourhood. Great views from the large terrace, a 15 minute's stroll from the main square with the beautiful church and many restaurants and art shops in the vicinity. We enjoyed the house so much we added two nights to our stay spontaneously. Probably one of the best places to stay in SMA.

The house was amazing, we loved exploring our neighborhood and visiting local cafes and shops. Karina was very helpful. We were in San Miguel de Allende for a wedding. We were close to all the wedding venues and enjoyed views of the city from the rooftop! Karina created an amazing meal we shared with the family newlyweds! Prior to our travels, Carla recommended the transportation from the airport. Our trip was perfect!

The house is beautiful, we loved the stay, super equipped and very clean. We were all very comfortable, from children to senior citizens. In addition to the immediate response at all times.

My family absolutely loved the place. Everything you could imagine and want in a stay to make you feel right at home. The location is amazing and we were able to walk everywhere. Beautiful space to spend time with family and enjoy an incredible view on the terrace. We highly recommend!

My group of 5 women (60-75) had a wonderful stay at Carla's. Everything described online is true. The place has a wonderful rooftop. Beds are comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom plus a guest bathroom. That was a huge plus. Katrina the housekeeper was fantastic. Carla and Silvano were very responsive and met whatever needs we had. Excellents hosts. Easy to walk to everything we were interested in. We are all walkers and most live in San Francisco, so hills and walking are part of our DNA. There were steps inside but hardly noticeable to us. A couple of improvements could be: 1) A few more lights, especially on the 2nd floor near the TV would be great. We didn't watch TV but would liked to have hung out there but the one light was not sufficient. 2) More outlets in a couple of the bedrooms, though we were given extension cords. 3) You need to fill up the jacuzzi with hot water and then drain it. However, none of this prevented our enjoyment.

Great, spacious house with fantastic multi-purpose roof terrace. Beautifully furnished. Carla is a very responsive host and answered our questions very quickly. Walk to the Jardín (where the pink church is) in about 10-15 mins.

I would totally book this place again. It is a beautiful Airbnb with a great rooftop view of the city. It is about 10-min walking distance to Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. This place is perfect for a big group or big families. :)

This was one of our family's most memorable vacations. We were here for a wedding. The home is conveniently located close to Parque Benito Juarez. It is just far enough from Centro square but close enough to walk to. It is very close to the Rosewood, and we popped over a few times for coffee or a meal. The rooftop terrace is wonderful and very large. We could have hosted our entire extended family here. However, our stay was brief and we had many activities planned. There are a couple of interior patios which was a nice feature. Our housekeeper, Karmina, was a gem. The communication with the hosts was top-notch. The city of San Miguel is charming and beautiful. We really enjoyed this Airbnb home which added to our experience. I want to come back soon.

What a wonderful place to stay. The house is huge. Great for larger groups. The decor is beautiful and the sunset views of SMdA were breathtaking. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need. Carla is a responsive host. We can’t wait to return.

Excellent location, 5 bedroom property, very clean (except there were some crickets!). We were two families of 5 and 4 very comfortable. The cleaning person Kari was very nice and made us breakfasts. The garage is a little tricky to get into a minivan since the street is narrow - from a place, but on the street up there is also where to park. The terrace has a yakuzzi my daughters used very well! The house is cool in summer. The house is one or two blocks away and about 5 blocks from the plaza. I mean, very walkable. Yes, I would recommend it
