Guest Access

To ensure a pleasant and secure experience for everyone, the primary guest making the reservation must be at least 30 years old.

Guests have access to all areas described above. The basement and select closets containing cleaning supplies are closed to guests.

A security camera is located at the entrance and points toward the door.

One day before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent by email. A convenient check-in guide will also be available at the top of the Trips tab, labeled “Travels,” in the Airbnb app.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: After 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Late Check-Out

Late check-out is subject to availability:

• Until 3:00 p.m.: 30% of the reservation rate
• Until 6:00 p.m.: 60% of the reservation rate
• After 6:00 p.m.: 100% of the reservation rate

Early Luggage Drop-Off

Luggage drop-off is usually available from 11:00 a.m., although standard check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.

Please note that guests will not yet have access to the property, as the home may still be undergoing preparation. Message us in advance to confirm luggage drop-off availability.

Other Things to Note

The nightly rate varies according to the number of guests. Please enter accurate reservation details; the application will calculate the correct cost once all information has been provided.

The maximum occupancy is 16 people, including children.
