The Space

Enjoy a recently remodeled home with five spacious bedrooms in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The house is located just four blocks from the main square and one and a half blocks from the artisan market.

It is well suited for a close-knit family or guests working from home. Air conditioning is available in three bedrooms, and basic cleaning service is provided six days a week.

• No parking is available on the property. Street parking may be limited.

Guest Access

To help ensure a pleasant and secure experience, the primary guest making the reservation must be at least 30 years old.

Guests have access to all areas described above. The basement and some closets containing cleaning supplies are closed to guests.

A security camera is located at the entrance and points toward the door.

One day before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent by email. A check-in guide is also available at the top of the Trips tab, labeled “Travels,” in the Airbnb app.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: After 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Late Check-Out

Late check-out is subject to availability:

• Until 3:00 p.m.: 30% of the reservation rate
• Until 6:00 p.m.: 60% of the reservation rate
• After 6:00 p.m.: 100% of the reservation rate

Early Luggage Drop-Off

Luggage drop-off is usually available from 11:00 a.m., although standard check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.

Please note that guests will not yet have access to the property, as the home may still be undergoing preparation. Message us in advance to confirm luggage drop-off availability.

• Basic cleaning service six days per week, for approximately three hours per day

Important Information

The nightly rate varies according to the number of guests. Please enter accurate reservation details; the application will calculate the correct cost based on the information provided.

From November through March, San Miguel may experience cold fronts. The property does not have central climate control. Portable heaters are available, but they may not always be sufficient.

Warm clothing is required inside the property. Please come prepared so the weather does not negatively affect your experience, whether you are at the house or exploring the area.
