Very quiet!

Mr. Raúl and Mr. David provided us with elegant and professional service. Always attentive and decisive. We even left a MacBook mouse behind, and they helped us get it back. The house is spacious and comfortable; for larger groups or families, it's fantastic.

Everything was excellent! Raúl is very friendly and very attentive; he was always looking out for us. The house was clean and had everything we needed, and the location was amazing! Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

Great place to listen to the waves. Perfect location right on the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Raul was extremely responsive and very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

What really stood out was my host Raul! He was super proactive, super friendly and helpful. Such a great welcome, was checking in all along (and even responded after my stay). The apartment itself is located in a small building complex that is a few years of age, right a the quiet North end of the beach with the most amazing sunsets and only a couple of minutes walk to Panga Drops. The area is well kept, pool is cleaned every day and the staff on site is super friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself has been renovated recently (and it shows). Its super well kept, furniture is nice and comfy, mosquito protection intact beds comfy and the kitchen super well equipped with all you might think of (and guess what, the knifes are sharp - love it!). I also really appreciate, that I could leave my laundry with the cleaning lady who washed and folded for me - seriously great service. Thank you so much Raul and team for making my stay memorable.

Our stay at Villas Iguana was excellent. Raul was extremely helpful from the very start,; allowing an early check in, meeting us at the gate, setting up a motorcycle rental and then delivering it to the condo, getting us info on golfing, setting up massages at the condo and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything from new sharp knives to glass tupperwares and it even had a microwave (which is rare in Central America). The beds and linens were very comfortable. The restaurants were excellent, and my massage was one of the best I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this condo.
