## The Space

This modern beachfront house is situated directly on the beach, facing the Panga Drops breaks. It features four ensuite bedrooms and an open-concept kitchen and dining area with large windows and sliding doors that invite the constant breeze from the Nicaraguan Pacific.

The property includes a spacious pool along with both open-air and covered outdoor spaces, allowing guests to enjoy stunning views and magical sunsets.

There are two twin homes on the property. When booking for up to eight guests, only one house is made available while the other remains vacant to ensure privacy in the shared areas. Please inquire about rates if you wish to rent both homes.

## Guest Access

Guests have access to the house they reserve. For groups exceeding 12 paying guests, both homes can be rented. All common areas are accessible to guests during their stay.
