Villa Gardeners Rewards is an exclusive and luxurious beachfront home located directly on the surf break of Panga Drops in Nicaragua. This spacious five-bedroom villa offers stunning ocean views from every angle and provides a peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation.

Inside, the home features high ceilings and abundant natural light. Each bedroom is generously sized with comfortable beds and ample storage. The main living area is bright and airy, with large windows framing magnificent ocean vistas. An outdoor terrace is available for entertaining guests or enjoying sunsets.

The villa includes a beautiful pool and garden, perfect for lounging poolside or taking leisurely walks around the grounds. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, making it comfortable year-round. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, backup generator, and a wooden deck overlooking the ocean.

• Pets are not permitted without prior approval

• Maximum guest limit is six people; additional guests incur extra charges

• Report any damages promptly
• Unapproved pets will result in a minimum $250 fine
