Villa Iguana A12 is a charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located within Hacienda Iguana, Nicaragua. This villa offers an ideal setting to enjoy some of the best sunsets in Hacienda Iguana while being just steps away from prime surf spots and local restaurants.

The villa features a spacious terrace perfect for spending afternoons with friends or family.

Unapproved pets are not allowed. Bringing an unapproved pet will result in a minimum fine of $250. Please contact us in advance if you wish to bring a pet for approval.
