Excellent accommodation, it’s exactly as shown in the photos. The pool is large enough for the whole family and nice for the children. Miguel took very good care of us and was very responsive for check-in and check-out. We went to Conchas Chinas Beach; it's 20 minutes away by taxi. We would definitely stay there again.

This home is exactly what you see in the pictures. Being our first time there with my children and infant grandchildren I could not have asked for a more accommodating, welcoming host. He had a playpen set up on arrival and managed to bring in two high chairs for the babies. The air conditioning unit cratered in my room, the next day a new one was installed. The pool is 5ft deep throughout and we enjoyed swimming, floating, cooling off and lounging. The taco stands, little convenience stores, restaurants and a brewery all within walking distance. We are not people who venture out after dark, but felt totally safe in this area. The streets are clean, and overall fairly quiet. I would not hesitate booking this home again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Everything was great; it's a very good option in Vallarta, and Miguel is very friendly.

We were a group of 7 people. The place had enough space for everyone. Super spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and also has plenty of space for everyone to live comfortably. The garden, pool and all the outdoor space are truly wonderful. We were very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Although we were there the weekend that things in Vallarta got a little out of control, we felt safe and Miguel, the person in charge of taking care of us, was attentive to us at all times and to anything we might need. I would stay again and highly recommend staying here.

Agustin, Miguel and team were incredible hosts - they were very responsive and hospitable leading up to and throughout our stay, greeting us upon arrival and allowing us to safely store our luggage when we had a flight several hours after check out. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood adjacent to the fun Versalles neighborhood with all of its great restaurants, and Costco and La Comer. This is a great home for groups / families with kids. Some people in our group had to work and wifi was reliable. Several OXXO stores in walking distance for quick pickup of items. All of the great locations of PVR are a $5-$15 Uber ride (XL) away.

Everything was great, Miguel (Co-Host) was always attentive to what we needed! The chef Angelica (additional service) is highly recommended and the pool has the ideal temperature!

We booked for a group of 10, and it was great to be able to spread out. We appreciated having A/C, drinking water, and beach towels for the whole group. We were also able to easily walk to nearby restaurants. The WiFi and a few outlets were not working the first day, but they were able to get these fixed for the duration of our stay. There was only one key provided, which required some extra coordination for a larger group, but we all had a very enjoyable stay!

The check-in process was seamless and stress-free, making our travel day so much easier — the host had everything ready for us, and communication was quick and clear from start to finish. The house itself was spacious, beautifully styled, and perfect for our group. With plenty of room for everyone, comfortable beds, and a well-appointed kitchen, it felt like a true home away from home. Really enjoyed our stay here! The place was comfortable and well taken care of, and the host was super friendly and welcoming. They waited for us to arrive, gave us a quick tour of the house, and then handed over the keys, which made check-in feel very easy and personal. The pool was a big plus and super refreshing. It’s also in a great spot—only about a 10-minute drive to El Malecón. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent choice to stay in Vallarta if you go with a large group, the house is very nice and well located, the pool is very good size and the beds are very comfortable. There were 9 of us and we accommodated ourselves perfectly. The area where it is located is very quiet, but it is a short trip from the restaurant areas, etc.

A very good place for family vacations

The house of my dreams, 5 minutes from the pier, and a very spacious house, and the heated pool, Agustín let us in before the agreed time, which for us was important since we were a large group, I highly recommend it

Great spot for the 8 of us to enjoy a girls long weekend, lots of bathrooms, room to spread out, perfect pool temperature. The location was full of interesting restaurants from tacos (Machuk2, Arturo) to wonderful ceviche (Tuna Azul). Host was flexible, friendly and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We had 7 people and it was very spacious. Every room had a bathroom upstairs. With two other bathrooms downstairs. The living room area and kitchen are very large and open with great space to gather in. This was the same for the outside area. Host was very great at communicating and accommodating at check in and late check out. One recommendation would be to supply more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, small seasonings (for cooking), dish towels and sharper knives for cooking. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

Great place and Agustin was very helpful with anything we needed. AC in all rooms and the pool is a blast. We stayed here for a week with some friends and loved every minute of it! Would book again!

We booked Casa Hannah for a Puerto Vallarta bachelorette party and it was everything we needed! Large, clean space with lots of beds and a beautiful, heated pool. Great AC in the rooms. Drinking water provided. Our co-host Miguel was very responsive, and welcoming. The location was nice, peaceful, and pretty accessible! There is an OXXO convenience store walking distance as well as a few restaurants. Everything else was a short ride away. We are very happy with our stay. Thanks Miguel & Agustin!

We absolutely loved staying here. The neighborhood is quiet and the home feels very private, yet just blocks away are many restaurants, bars, and most importantly taco stands! We felt very safe walking everywhere we went, and it’s only a 8-10minute taxi ride to the Zona Romantica.

A very large and spacious house, my family and I were very comfortable, the pool was warm and super nice and the patio was huge. The beds are a delightful thing to sleep in. I would return to this place.

I totally recommend staying here. The host was really quick at responding if we had any questions or concerns. When you get there the host greets you and tells you a little bit about the place and is very helpful. The area is very quiet and felt safe.

The house was lovely and accommodated our family perfectly. Open floor plan and doors that opened to the backyard so a nice breeze would flow through the house. The pool was a big hit with everyone. The backyard is very private. Loved the outdoor bathroom/shower, very convenient. The house is very close to the airport and downtown PV so it was easy to shop and go to restaurants. It was a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful house, perfect for our group of 5. Nice rooms with their own bathroom, a great heated pool that we used at anytime in the day/night and a spacious relaxing backyard. Perfect location, Oxxo around the corner for any last minute things you might have forgotten and a great driving distance to el malecón and any nice restaurants. Had no problems during our stay, 100% recommended.

A place that has everything you need to spend an excellent vacation as a family

we came in for a work event then stayed to play. the place is huge and rooms are spacious with private bathrooms in all but 1 room. there's even a bathroom outside near the pool! the pool was warm and perfect size for small or a larger group as we had both. amazing patio up and downstairs with large indoor living, dining and kitchen. nearby oxxo for quick snack runs and between 5 to 30 minutes to any amazing beach or nightlife and shopping. walking distance to Costco and local grocery like Walmart but better. we had 2 to 10 people throughout our time there and Miguel was very responsive to all our needs including water delivery. we can't wait to go back, thanks Miguel, this was by far one of our favorite Mexico trips.

Great stay!

We loved this place! Perfect for our group of 8 including kids. Great neighborhood, lots of places to eat, 15 minute uber to the Centro district. Miguel was amazing- every time we texted he followed up quickly and was super friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations. The pool was perfect and the private yard made it feel secluded while being in a neighborhood and a quick walk to shops and restaurants. We like staying in actual neighborhoods as opposed to resorts, and this place did not disappoint. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks Miguel!

This Airbnb was pretty amazing! Just as the pictures showed. We loved all the amenities in this place. All rooms had a bathroom which was a huge plus for our large family. There was plenty of linen and they even included beach towels for us to use. Fans and A/Cs everywhere around the house and we definitely enjoyed the pool during our stay. Safe neighborhood! Nice location - in a neighborhood instead of a congested tourist area. Still, easy to get anywhere we wanted to be. Plenty of living space for our group of 9 - indoor and outdoor dining and several seating areas. LOVED the heated swimming pool at the end of the day on the beach or after a hike. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc. Rooms were spacious. Only challenge was having just one key to the house (physical key, not a pin code situation). So, when we went out in several small groups, it took some coordination and extra taxi rides to get the key to whomever was returning first. Host team was very responsive when we needed an extra towel and replacement water jug.

This house was really great! The location was close to some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. It’s not very far from a beach via car or Uber. Attractions and activities are also not a far Uber ride away. The house private and the pool was great! Our host Miguel was helpful and very responsive. I’d recommend this house to friends and family and I’d like to stay here again.
