4BR Villa in Puerto Vallarta

Clean. Spacious place. AC in all rooms. Walking distance and short car rides to most places.

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean for our team to stay. The internet was a little slow, so I made a request about it, and the host responded positively. Our team was very satisfied with our stay here. I recommend this place to others~

We only had one air conditioning problem, it was resolved. Everything else was excellent!

Nice location - in a neighborhood instead of a congested tourist area. Still, easy to get anywhere we wanted to be. Plenty of living space for our group of 9 - indoor and outdoor dining and several seating areas. LOVED the heated swimming pool at the end of the day on the beach or after a hike. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc. Rooms were spacious. Only challenge was having just one key to the house (physical key, not a pin code situation). So, when we went out in several small groups, it took some coordination and extra taxi rides to get the key to whomever was returning first. Host team was very responsive when we needed an extra towel and replacement water jug.

Agustín's accommodation is quite comfortable, complete with all the amenities described, we had a great time at the place.

The Pool was great! Our family made some very special summer memories.
