We stayed at this location after being evacuated from our hotel due to an incoming hurricane. We got proactive and started looking for homes a couple days before as they were going quickly. Miguel is the property manager and was immediately responsive. We ubered to town where he was waiting for us at the property with keys in hand. He gave us a tour and noted all the amenities, a very smooth process. I am not sure I would have ended up in this part of town (which is called Versailles) another way. Sure glad we did! Excellent food (Miguelas) and drinks (the Office PV) within just a short walk. Convenience stores just around the corner. This particular neighborhood has very nice homes that are fun to walk around and see. Super quiet and private as well. We had 8 adults and one small child. Everyone was in a bed within a bedroom. The house felt very spacious with that amount of people. Too many more adults might be a bit cramped, but doable. Beautiful enclosed back yard very clean pool!

The house was clean, the air conditioners worked well, the pool was clean, and Miguel was very friendly and helpful. Oxxo is one block away. Everything was great.
