Nice and comfortable house

Excellent house, very nice, everything was very well taken care of, and it was very clean. The host was always attentive and friendly. We didn't lack anything in terms of service; on the contrary, it was very comprehensive, including the bathrooms, kitchen, and pool area. Truly excellent.

There is an automated irrigation system, and I think there should be a notice about it. In general, everything was very good

This home is exactly what you see in the pictures. Being our first time there with my children and infant grandchildren I could not have asked for a more accommodating, welcoming host. He had a playpen set up on arrival and managed to bring in two high chairs for the babies. The air conditioning unit cratered in my room, the next day a new one was installed. The pool is 5ft deep throughout and we enjoyed swimming, floating, cooling off and lounging. The taco stands, little convenience stores, restaurants and a brewery all within walking distance. We are not people who venture out after dark, but felt totally safe in this area. The streets are clean, and overall fairly quiet. I would not hesitate booking this home again! Everything was great, Miguel (Co-Host) was always attentive to what we needed! The chef Angelica (additional service) is highly recommended and the pool has the ideal temperature!

good service

We booked for a group of 10, and it was great to be able to spread out. We appreciated having A/C, drinking water, and beach towels for the whole group. We were also able to easily walk to nearby restaurants. The WiFi and a few outlets were not working the first day, but they were able to get these fixed for the duration of our stay. There was only one key provided, which required some extra coordination for a larger group, but we all had a very enjoyable stay!
