As we mentioned, this is a construction project on an adjacent property, outside our gated community, so unfortunately we have no control over their work schedules. However, we wanted to handle the situation with as much empathy as possible, offering the promised additional discount. For the peace of mind of future guests, we would like to emphasize that, to date, this nearby construction project has not been the subject of any reports and has not caused any inconvenience to our other guests, so we consider it to have been an isolated incident during the specific dates of this stay. Furthermore, the current price shown in our listing already takes this external circumstance into account, offering a special preferential rate that represents an excellent opportunity to enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront experience at Casa Miramar.
