The large poolside terrace offers an exceptional outdoor living space. The property is professionally managed by SEA SCAPE and includes access to its world-class concierge service.

This serene, two-story beach house features a bright coastal design with a white color palette and natural wood accents that add warmth and rustic character. The beach is approximately an eight-minute walk from the house.

The open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room create a functional and sociable space. Large windows and glass doors fill the area with natural light and provide picturesque views of the outdoors.

The first living room includes cable television and opens onto the outdoor barbecue and pool area. A second living room, also equipped with television, is located near the primary bedroom. Both living rooms have central air conditioning, and the stairs to the second floor are located near the second living room.

First Floor

The first floor has three bedrooms:

• The first bedroom includes a bunk bed with one double mattress and one single mattress, a private bathroom, and a mini-split air-conditioning system. It is especially suitable for children.
• The second bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a mini-split air-conditioning system.
• The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, a large private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, and a spacious dressing room. It also has a television and mini-split air conditioning and is conveniently located near the second living room.

Second Floor

The second floor has three additional bedrooms. Each bedroom includes:

• Two queen-size beds
• A private bathroom
• Mini-split air conditioning

These rooms are well suited to groups of friends or families.

Guest Access

Hacienda Pinilla has a Beach Club, and Casa Rocamar holds a corporate membership. Guests may access the club by paying an entry fee of $5.

Beach Club hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily. Facilities include:

• Tables

Guests should bring the towels provided at the house, as the club does not offer towel service.

The restaurant is open from Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for breakfast and lunch. On Fridays and Saturdays, it remains open until 9:00 p.m. and serves dinner.

Spa services are available for an additional fee, depending on the treatment. Locker service is also available for an additional $20 per day.

Construction

Hacienda Pinilla is experiencing significant growth, as is the surrounding coast. Some construction is taking place near the property, which is reflected in the reduced rates for the house.

Beach Club Closure

The Beach Club closes for two weeks in October. Guests visiting during that month should confirm the schedule with the host.

Required Identification

For everyone’s security, the identification of the person who made the reservation must be presented at check-in.
