This place is unreal! Exceeded all expectations. If you rent a golf cart it takes maybe 2 minutes to get to the base of the town. Can’t beat the location. Might be one of the coolest places you can stay in Sayulita. Lisa and the staff were also super responsive

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Nicoya! The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable—everything we needed for a great trip. Lisa was an amazing host: responsive, welcoming, and so helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.
