You chose to proceed with the reservation under the explicit commitment to accept the property in its current condition, without discounts or additional compensation. It is important to mention that, prior to your arrival, we repeatedly insisted on obtaining discounts and benefits not stipulated, citing experiences with other hosts. We have documentation of these communications, which demonstrate an attempt to condition the review on receiving undue financial advantages. The property's amenities, including the pool, are accurately described in our profile. Any claims to the contrary do not reflect the reality of what was offered. We were attentive to your needs at all times, but received no response from you to our courtesy messages or reports of missing supplies, which we would have addressed immediately. We pride ourselves on welcoming honest guests who value the effort and integrity of our service. Although this experience was disappointing due to unjustified expectations of benefits, we remain committed to the transparency and respect that characterize our property.

Hello LeeAn, Thank you for your comments. As you know, there are only two bathrooms with showers and no others. We don't know which other bathrooms you are referring to that were a bit dingy. We send all our guests an informational message from the Misiones administration informing them of the rules and fines of the place, and the following informational message is about the use of towels. No more messages of this type are sent. We are very sorry that you felt threatened, even though we specified what the message was about. The rest of the messages were to provide you with information, clarify your request for early check-in, and check that everything was okay. The kitchen is equipped for up to 6 people and for stays of more than 2 months. We would have liked you to let us know what you needed, but we never received any messages from you. You did not even reply to the messages we sent you to find out if everything was okay or if you needed anything. I suggest that on your next trips, you let your hosts know if you need anything during your stay.
