Policies and Additional Information
- Gatherings: This property enforces a strict no-party policy to respect neighbors and other tenants.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Guests are responsible for the behavior of all occupants in their unit.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. A minimum penalty of $250 will be charged if smoking is detected during your stay.
- Decoration: For special celebrations, decorations may be applied using blue painter’s tape to avoid wall damage. All decorations must be removed before departure. Damage to walls will incur a $100 fee per wall. Additional decoration services are available upon request.
- Minimum Age: All guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old. The person who made the booking must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.
- Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is from 3 PM onward. Check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request one day prior and may incur additional fees.
