The condo overlooks the blue waters of the Sea of Cortés and features two en suite bedrooms, an open living area, a spacious balcony, and two large bathrooms that provide a perfect balance of privacy and space.
Montemar offers a large central pool with a hot tub that overlooks Cabo San Lucas, with all amenities conveniently accessible.

Policies and Additional Information
- Gatherings: To respect other tenants and neighbors, this property enforces a strict no-party policy.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Guests are responsible for the behavior of all persons in their unit.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. A minimum penalty of $250 will be charged if smoking is detected during your stay.
- Decoration: For special celebrations, decorations may be applied using blue painter’s tape that won’t damage walls. All decorations must be removed before departure without harming the paint. Damage to walls will incur a $100 fee per wall. Additional decoration services are available upon request.
- Minimum Age: All guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old. By booking, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The person named on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.
- Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is from 3 PM onward. Check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request one day prior, subject to availability and additional fees.

Great place to stay - It looked just like the photos. A short car ride or 10-15 min walk to restaurants and activities. Marco was accommodating and helpful throughout the booking process and stay.

We had an amazing stay at Marco’s condo. It is such an amazing view and the apartment is fantastic! You are minutes from the marina and everything that it offers. Would highly recommend.

Great location. Not too far from the Marina and the restaurants but far enough not to be disturbed by late night bars and clubs. The apartment is on the 7th floor (of 8) which offers great views of down town and of the bay. Marco and Yolanda are excellent hosts and very responsive. The next time I’d like to stay there when it’s not spring break. If only to get an idea of how the area is without spring breakers around.

I’ve stayed at a plethora of air bnb around the world I can confidently say this is the best 1. I will be back to visit Cabo just for this unit. 7 minute walk from the strip. 2 minute drive. The Bnb was stocked w towels and tissues and other amenities I highly recommend booking here

Had a great stay! The apt was spacious and spotless with high end vibes throughout. Easy access and the views were the highlight. Easily walkable to all of Cabo San Lucas. Would definitely try to book again for our next visit.

701 was a beautiful unit with an amazing view. Many people have mentioned the construction next door, this did not bother us at all. Only thing to note that we were not aware of, the hot tub is only heated from 4:00-10:00pm and the pool is very cold, not heated at all. Overall, our stay was amazing. I would recommend this unit/building and would stay here again.

That was our second time staying at Montemar. Can’t say enough of how much we loved it. From making the reservation to our last day there- all went smoothly. The staff is very accommodating in answering any questions we had. See you next year.
