Bercelio Cartagena Rentals

From the minute I booked the AirBnb, Bercelio has been a spectacular host! I don't have a complaint Bercelio and his entire team helped me with everything I needed to make our stay perfect. Restaurant reservations, hookah, nightclubs, transportation, boats, Chiva, security, chef, etc. They made us feel super comfortable, and the communication was excellent, they were always available to answer my questions/concerns at any time. Our chef, Sandra, was super friendly, helped us during the day with all our needs and cooked us typical Colombian food every day. One day he cooked us fried fish, rice with coconut, tostones and salad, a delight! God bless your hands! Dario was our security chief in the afternoon and all night. He was also super friendly, he helped us with everything, he took us to restaurants, to clubs and yet we had a small problem and Darío did not hesitate to run out to help us. Thank you!

We stayed here with a family group of 15 for the Ironman event and had a great experience overall. The staff was wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. There is a night-shift security guard on the property. At first it felt a little awkward trying to sleep knowing someone we didn’t know was around, but he did his job well and made a point to stay out of the way and be practically invisible. Security first — and he was great. The Getsemaní area is lively with plenty to do and see, all within walking distance. A special shout-out to Mary, the cook/maid, who was absolutely amazing and truly made our stay even better. Thank you for hosting us!

Bercelio and his team are absolutely incredible! They helped us plan everything for us. All day and night activities, reservations, amenities at the house, and anything else we needed. Home was really clean and in a really good location. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more willing to help. Can’t rate this home and host enough. Thank you for everything!

It is a 4-story loft. The rooms are spacious, the location is the best right next to the shopping center, facing the sea and a 15-minute walk from the historic area. Communication with the host was very good, we always had an immediate response, nice sunset view from the terrace, Keila prepared breakfast and lunch for us every day and helped us with the laundry. 24-hour security service at the door. We had a great time during the week we were in Cartagena, there is always something to do!

Really nice Airbnb with lots of amazing restaurants and things to do in a walkable area. 5 mins from the center.

First, this is NOT AN AI REVIEW! From the onset, this was the best and most frequent communication ! Communication was there before booking, weeks before and the day prior. Please utilize all of their services from the easy transportation to and from the airport, the precision of activities (including transportation to activities), security (Ask for Danny Dimes) for your trip. Danny also assisted when we had an emergency and had to go to the emergency room. He stayed with us 24 hours ! Lastly, our EXCELLENT housekeeper and house cleaner, Luz, made breakfast daily (and dinner when requested)! This location is close to the activities being well within the walled city. Rooms are close in distance but far away. All 3 of us are over 6ft and over 200lbs, house was more than comfortable for us! Luz made enough for us with leftovers !

Great location! The host was very quick to respond. Especially because our previous airbnb had to be cancelled upon arriving to it and Bercelio was able to get us situated within the hour. House had a cook, which was super convenient. There was also a security guard who took us around places and made sure we got to and from places safely. Highly recommend!

Staying at this villa was just amazing! The house was just as beautiful as in the pictures – spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you could wish for. Location was perfect, quiet and with a good view. Special praise to the host Bercelio. He was incredibly friendly, attentive and available at any time. You felt welcome from the beginning. We were group of 8 friends stayed at this property. The biggest advantage was location, location, location. It was great location, walking distance to pretty much everything inside the walled city. Laura was great setting up activities before & during our stay. They were very responsive. The great feature is that house comes with maid / cook from 8-5 & security guy from 5-8. Basically someone is there pretty much all the time. Sandra (maid / cook) was great & accommodated our requests of breakfast everyday & even the timings (if we wanted earlier or later breakfast), cleaned our rooms, helped us with laundry etc. Last but not the least, Dario (Security) was there everyday from 5pm - 8 am. He would help us with recommendations on pretty much anything. Everybody in the town seems to know him. He would come with us to the places & even get us stuff at weirdest time of evening / night. Very friendly person as well. They basically want us to relax & leave everything else to them.

Everything about this stay was PERFECT from beginning to end. Anything we needed it was made to happen. There were 12 of us gathering from 3 states for my Birthday and the entire week was Awesome. The pictures of the house do not begin to capture all the beautiful details of the home. EACH room is lovely and has its own character & style. Juan our security was AMAZING we felt so secure with him whenever & wherever we went. Shirley who cooked us breakfast daily was AWESOME, and it was delicious 😋 Lau was always readily available & partnered with restaurants & activities as need and was so HELPFUL. Overall 10 STARS I definitely rate this stay one of my best AirBnB experiences thus far. Great job Barcelio 👏

The house is absolutely amazing! Perfectly located in the heart of Cartagena, close to everything, yet still peaceful and private. Jeffery and Rembert were so helpful with anything we needed and always available for our questions. Ani truly made our trip extra special with the most delicious breakfasts, the presentation was beautiful. My whole family fell in love with this stunning house. The kids had the best time enjoying the pool, and the spacious rooms had everything we could possibly need. This home made our stay unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back.

Location is amazing. It’s steps away from the beach which is seemingly private because the busy area of the beach is about 10 minutes away. The layout of the home is perfect for groups. The in home staff was amazing! Great food and always attentive to our needs. Highly recommend

This place is amazing and beautiful. It is better in person. Other tourist will ask to look inside and often want to take pictures in front of the door. The staff was amazing and took very good care of us. We felt like we were with family. Juan, our security guard even gave us a going away gift. I highly recommend staying here. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the clock tower area is a short walk. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing stay at Bercelio’s Trinidad Home! The location couldn’t be better—just an easy 8-minute walk to the Clock Tower, which we visited daily. Carmen was an absolute gem. She took care of our daily breakfast and housekeeping needs with such kindness and attention to detail. She also made sure we had plenty of towels for our excursions, which we truly appreciated. Our security guard, Junior, was also fantastic. He escorted us safely to the Clock Tower and local restaurants, shared great recommendations, and even helped us brush up on our Spanish. The house itself was perfect spacious, comfortable, and with a refreshing pool that was wonderful after long days of touring. If I could make a few suggestions, it would be to have shot glasses, beach/pool towels, and a full-body mirror in each room or at least in a central area, as well as providing washcloths for guests. Overall, this home was a wonderful base for our trip. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I stayed here with 8 friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The space was spacious, clean, and exactly as advertised it easily accommodated all of us without feeling crowded. Everyone kept commenting on how comfortable and well set up everything was. The common areas were perfect for hanging out, the kitchen was fully stocked for group meals, and the beds were super comfortable. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly to any questions. The location was also great safe, convenient, and close to everything we wanted to do. It made our group trip smooth, relaxing, and fun from start to finish. We all left with great memories and would absolutely book this place again. Highly recommended for group stays!

This place is very close to everything. Everything is within walking distance as it is in the walled city of Cartagena. I may have missed it when I first booked, but the house has a housekeeper(Gina) who cleans the Airbnb every morning. She also cooks all you have to do is buy the groceries and she will have breakfast ready for you when you wake up. In all the place was very nice and spacious. I will definitely book again when travelling to Cartegena. It is a very good deal and location!!!

Staying at this home was a great experience. The house was located in a very vibrant neighborhood. Everything was within walking distance, and there was never a night in which we couldn’t find something to do close by. Bercelio is a great host. He responded promptly and assisted with anything that we needed. Our maid, Mare, was amazing! She went grocery shopping and made us delicious Colombian style breakfast every morning, kept the house spotless, and did laundry for the guests whenever it was needed. Johnson was our security. He was also amazing! He was super down to earth as well and was willing help anyway he could. He escorted us through out the city whenever we asked. He had great recommendations for food and night life. He even assisted in getting groceries and food during late night hours when some of the guests no longer wanted to venture out into the city. I highly recommend staying at this home. The staff made this trip an exceptional experience!

From check in to check out my group of 10 had an amazing and unforgettable stay here. We were greeted by the host and he made us feel just like family. Our 24/7 doorman was one of a kind, anything we could possibly need at any given time he was more than willing to attend to us. Our private chef cooked us an amazing breakfast every morning that more than satisfied the home cooked meal feeling. Location was great as well, close to everything but just not too close where it would be noisy to get a good night's rest. We are definitely booking again when we are in Cartagena!

Beautiful house, well located. Pool on the rooftop is very nice. We loved the terrace. Each room has its own bathroom. It can get loud at night and the rooms facing the street can get noisy.

Our stay here in Cartagena was great! The location was perfect and very easily accessible to the beach and close to a mall with food options and a supermarket. Check in was easy and Daniel and Kayla met us at the house upon our arrival. The house was a great layout with a nice pool and awesome ocean views (the sunset was great)! Kayla was very helpful with anything we needed. She did our laundry during our stay and cooked us delicious breakfasts each morning we were there. We also booked airport transportation and a private city tour which were fantastic. The communication was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again in Cartagena!

Bercelio and his team are amazing! This Airbnb is at in a prime location with a mall, grocery store, and restaurant Cande all steps away. The best part of the stay was the housekeeper, Luz! She cooked delicious breakfast for us every morning and cleaned. She’s super sweet! I would definitely come back.

If you are ever traveling to Cartagena, I strongly recommend you stay here. The place is well-located. When you walk outside the door, the plaza is practically right in front of you and it is always lively with locals and other travelers. Many restaurants, bars/night clubs, grocery stores, art area, anything you may need within a 15-20 min walk. You also have the option to uber. Bercelio and his team are also able to assist you with planning any excursions/activities, etc…including transport to/from, sometimes included and sometimes only a little extra. Whoever you are with is sure to take care of you/make sure that you don’t get taken advantage of (as there are many hagglers and pick pockets to be aware of). There was staff at the Airbnb 24/7 with the housekeeper available to make breakfast as long as you paid for groceries and the security at night walked us to local bars/clubs. My only “complaint” is that I wish the pool was bigger (it looked larger in the pix). I would visit again!

Beautiful place right on an iconic street. Walkable distance to many activities and restaurants, bars, clubs. Juan our personal security organized rides, Boats, reservations, and anything you would like. Can’t say enough about the attentiveness, and he travels with you to make sure everything goes smoothly. This is my third time staying with Bercelio and one of his properties. Every time I come to Colombia he is a must stay location. The place was wonderful as well as the location. The beach is literally across the street and a couple of blocks into town to get food. Linda, the maid was wonderful and made a huge breakfast for our group of 10 every morning. Very spacious to where everyone was on opposite sides of the home and we didn’t feel congested. The whole crew who works along with Bercelio was awesome. Highly recommend for future guests.

The security guy was excellent—always looking out for us, even at nightclubs and around the area. Cool guy! The cleaning lady was super nice and helpful throughout our stay. It’s a great spot for bachelor parties with plenty of space for lots of guests. The location is right on the strip, close to tourist restaurants, shops, and nightlife. It’s a mix of locals and tourists, and we felt safe at all times. Locals do approach you to sell things, but they’re honest people just trying to make a living. A couple of suggestions: adding AC in the common area and a full-size fridge with a sink on the first floor would make the space even better. Overall, an amazing stay and highly recommended!

My friends and i absolutely enjoyed our experience at this Airbnb. We were able to book EVERYTHING with the host and their concierge service from breakfast everyday, massages, tours, shuttles, welcome drinks, etc. There was 7 of us in the group and we each enjoyed our own rooms with plenty of space and really amazing AC service. I highly recommend this Airbnb! Side note: only negative was the lack of hot water in the showers some days.

Let me just start by saying what a beautiful place, with an amazing staff! Luz the chef was amazing made sure we had our meals ready daily and Junior the security made sure we were safe every night! If you’re going in a big group i highly suggest this place. Extremely close to everything inside the wall. Tons of food and great spots to go to! When I tell you Bercellio is the man. he is the man to accommodate you and your family while in Cartagena. This is my second booking of one of his properties. We had a party of nine. And his stay was exactly what we needed. From Junior ( our security). He was quick to point is in the right direction for all our needs. From restaurants/ tours/etc.....thier is not one better. I can't forget about Lucy. The delicious breakfast she prepared daily. So willing to clean up behind us after a rough night of partying. She even made freshy prepared mango juice upon request. The whole stay felt like home. I'm now back in Miami. Wishing of Cartagena. This weekend I will plan my return.

Great location. Very good host and always responsive. Provided excellent chef named Hilda. She even goy groceries and cooked breakfast and local dinner for many people everyday of our stay. Beautiful house in the heart of the walls of Cartagena. Spacious living room, comfortable bedrooms, terrace with pleasant pool. The person provided (Luz Maria) was very friendly and cheerful. She prepared us great breakfasts. One problem: the living room TV was broken. But it was changed an hour after we arrived. Super responsive!

This airbnb is a great listing for large groups! I had a group of 10 and we had so much space and felt right at home! It is also in a GREAT location, literally right in the heart of the city and walkable to so many places. We went to the popular cocktail street and it was literally a 3 minute walk. The airbnb itself is GORGEOUS and looks just like the pictures! Besides the physical airbnb itself, the staff were all around great too. Oir security guard, Johnathan, was literally sweet and hilarious. He did his job well but also made us comfortable as if he was our Colombia cousin lol. Our maid Mari was so sweet and attentive whenever we needed her. Bercelio and his assistant, Lau, were also very responsive and helpful , and would assist with the 10000 questions/requests I had trying to book everything for my group. Overall, this place is 100% worth the price and a great place to stay from the house itself, to the location all the way to all the staff. Thank you guys! 🙏🏾❤️🇨🇴

Juan Pablo made us feel at home. we would love to stay here again.

This place was great, the staff were amazing they really do treat you like family. Dario the security guard really goes out his way for you from getting taxis , to recommending the best night life and restaurants even down to getting discounts on souvenirs he really is well known the city and liked. Great guy. The house was amazing ..the only thing I would say is that the pool needed to be cleaned better and the beds are hard. But that doesn’t take away from the 5 star review for me.

The stay was great. Maid was awesome. She would run out and make groceries for you when needed and then cook for your stay. Everything was as pointed out in the description.
