A housekeeper is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to clean the property and prepare delicious breakfasts for you and your guests. Guests are responsible for providing the funds for grocery shopping.
The property also includes a 24-hour front desk to support your comfort and peace of mind.
Cleaning and Disinfection
We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and disinfected space. For this reason, the property participates in Airbnb’s advanced cleaning program.
- Staff wear protective equipment while cleaning, including disposable gloves, aprons or gowns, and face masks.
- All team members receive training on measures to help prevent the spread of germs.

We loved this house so, so much. The location was incredible, the staff couldn't have been more helpful- especially with meals and keeping the place spotless. Bercelio was communicative before during and after the trip. The space is absolutely perfect for a big group, family or friends, and is an excellent part of the city where you're close to so much without being surrounded by noise. Thank you for making our wedding weekend the best!

The home was so much more spacious than it appeared in the photos. We had more space than our family of 11 could have needed. The staff was so friendly and helpful, from early check in, great recommendations and wonderful excursions, every moment of our stay was perfect. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

This place was absolutely incredible. We rented this home for 10 people for my 40th birthday trip, and it was above and beyond what we ever imagined. First, we were surprised to learn we had rented a whole boutique hotel. The staff were incredible and some of the loveliest people we met in Cartagena. From Erick at the front desk to Angela who cleaned our rooms and did daily laundry to Ena the cook: the people made this place one of the best AirBNB experiences I have had. After booking the host immediately started a whats app chat to help coordinate travel, arrivals, airport transfers and other needs. The house itself is stunning. The rooms are spacious and huge, with very good air condition. The pool on the rooftop is the crown jewel of this place, and in the heat we found ourselves spending a lot of time there. I already miss Ena’s daily breakfast with fresh fruit juices and the views from the roof! 10/10

Above and beyond amazing amazing stay. I couldn’t have asked for more! Bercelio and his team truly provide 5 star service - it was incredible. I can’t say enough good things about them and the home. It was for my fiancés bachelor party and they reserved cars for us, restaurants, an incredible boat day with a DJ and a bartender, a cigar & rum tasting. They did a big group dinner for us the final night with amazing food. Beautiful breakfasts daily. I could go on and on! I really hope we’ll be able to return one day. I am so happy with everything they provided.

From the moment we were picked up at the airport until our drop off this was a smooth and wonderful stay! Antonio was our host at the house, he was super helpful and friendly. There were several staff in the house-this was great. We had the luxury of having our own house and also the luxury of having a chef for dinner when needed and daily breakfast. Breakfast was great and the dinner we ordered one night was delicious Top it off with daily housekeeping! If you are looking for a property to accommodate a large group look no further!! The location is great and accommodations even better! One highlight-our last night they even coordinated a spontaneous fried fish delivery from the restaurant across the street to the rooftop pool-amazing!! We were a group of 9 people but this house could easily accommodate several more people comfortably.
