The property includes daily housekeeping from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The housekeeper also prepares breakfast for you and your guests. Guests are responsible for providing the money needed for grocery shopping.
Overnight security is provided from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM for added comfort and peace of mind.
The base price includes up to 5 guests. Each additional guest after the fifth is charged an extra fee of $50 USD per person, per night. Please enter the correct number of guests when booking so the total price is calculated accurately.

Location is amazing. It’s steps away from the beach which is seemingly private because the busy area of the beach is about 10 minutes away. The layout of the home is perfect for groups. The in home staff was amazing! Great food and always attentive to our needs. Highly recommend

The place was wonderful as well as the location. The beach is literally across the street and a couple of blocks into town to get food. Linda, the maid was wonderful and made a huge breakfast for our group of 10 every morning. Very spacious to where everyone was on opposite sides of the home and we didn’t feel congested. The whole crew who works along with Bercelio was awesome. Highly recommend for future guests.

Great location. Very good host and always responsive. Provided excellent chef named Hilda. She even goy groceries and cooked breakfast and local dinner for many people everyday of our stay. Security guard Jaun was very helpful and helped out in all aspects. swimming pool near Mango tree is our fav location Host helped us getting secure taxi transportation, finding good restuarants, booking yacht etc. Very responsive and helpful.

We had a large group, everyone had their own room, the house had plenty of room for us to eat together, sit outside and socialize, location was very safe and private too. Staff was very friendly and always available too.

The stay was great. Maid was awesome. She would run out and make groceries for you when needed and then cook for your stay. Everything was as pointed out in the description.
