Our stay was wonderful. The hosts and concierge were responsive even in the midst of the electricity going out, they found solutions and were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

During our stay, we experienced severe rashes that we believe were caused by the bedding, resembling typical bed bug bites in appearance and description. As a precaution, we threw away our clothing and suitcases to prevent bringing bed bugs home. Moreover, the host provided incorrect information about the airport distance, leading us to plan our activities based on that, which resulted in over two hours of travel each way. Additionally, no cleaning supplies, not even basic dish soap, were provided. The pool is too small to swim in; I would call it a soaking tub instead. It was a complete disappointment, and no one should face all that hassle and inconvenience while on vacation with their family.
